Trade Zach to The Bucks

Zach for Bobby Simmons and Charlie V......

Why the hell arent they playing Charlie Villenueva? All he does is fill the stat sheet when he plays. Dude handles, shoots the 3, drives, passes, blocks shots, dunks and runs the floor......Knicks gotta get this East NY product(dude lived in east ny, brooklyn before he went to Queens)!!!! I love the kid big time. Isiah spoke about teams changing and are playing small fwds as centers? ok so Charlie is the best 6'11" young guy in the league as far as what he can do on the court which is everything.

The Bucks turn the corner with a line-up of Zach, Yi, Bogut, Marvin williams and Redd.....Thats a damn good squad right there.

I think Charlie could come in and average 18pts, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block and a steal with decent 3pt percentage. He plays with an edge. Kind of a swagger. The Bucks are screwing him for Yi just like the Grizz are clearly screwing lowry for Conley.

Which brings me to Lowry.....the Knicks wouldn't have to over spend for Lowry since he has no future playing for them with Conley there. Trading Nate? that would hurt but who knows.....Nate can't run the point. He can try but he is not what the Knicks need going forward. Nate could average 35 mins per and get 18pts and 3 assists per and the Knicks would lose. Lowry has proven he can run the team but the purposely stuck Damon Stoudamire there knowing they were just gonna waive him....they basically used Damon. Lowry is not a pansy. He is getting shafted....

I know we have another thread jackin Derrick Rose....but if the Knicks could get Charlie V and Lowry and tank the Knicks gotta do it.....When draft time comes the Knicks may want to take DeAndre Jordan or even Beasley....or if they get screwed OJ Mayo. Derrick Rose is still an option but Lowry is still worth the trouble to put that NY Knick jersey on.

Charlie is a headcase, but I always thought he seemed like a poor man's Lamar Odom. That's a good and bad thing, at the same time. Lots of talent, but needs some time to mature and really find his comfort level.

I'm on board with Lowry. He's got heart and grit. He's the opposite of all the other guards on our roster. He was my #2 behind Marcus Williams for what turned out to be Balkman.

I don't like Charlie V's game at all. He's like a poorman's cross between Tim Thomas and Jamal Crawford with really lousy percentages.

I'd be wary of Charlie V. Toronto was not happy with him...and it also seems like the Bucks are not either despite his immense talent.

CV is horrible and so is Simmons

If you trade Zach you do what Portland did and that's for 1 possible young prospect or a couple round draft picks and an expiring contract.

Eny I know you like charlie V, he's ever present on your fantasy b-ball teams.

Memphis would be foolish to trade Lowry now.

Conely is very fragile , he doesn't have enough meat on his bones yet, so conley and lowry together would give memphis the same one two punch that Toronto has with TJ ford and calderon.

I pick him in fantasy cuz he fills the stat sheet. I guess coaches don't like that. In toronto the dude almost dropped 50pts twice.....on national tv. The kid is special. Only reason he isn't getting numbers all the time is because he doesn't get minutes....I can't understand why cuz he plays defense.

Toronto had Bosh and refused to play them together.....then they go and draft charlie v lite with the #1 draft pick.....stupid.

The bucks go and draft yi....why? Star power? Its bull**** cuz yi isn't that good. But whatever.....

Charlie v is worth a bull**** trade like this. Bobby simmons is better than q hands down......Knicks can't keep everybody. Its time for change......and I want charlie V who is closer to a younger derrick coleman than odom.

Charlie v is about as good as Channing Frye who we traded. Why do we want him again? We already have tons of soft guys who score about 10-15 points.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

I see him as closer to Coleman, too. But Coleman had a pretty spotty career, outside of the Nets. He never became what he could have. But putting things in perspective, Coleman is an all time great compared to our roster.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

No more trades please. Every trade made has been basically a flop for Isiah why would this be any different. Trades rarely work now in NY. What the Knicks need to do is concentrate on getting rid of some of these players for picks. This year's losing is going to yeild a high draft pick to start building around. More picks and parting ways with team players that cause termoil is what needs to be concentrated on. We as fans are finding out a lot about this team and some already knew before hand; but this year has really has brought light to the problems of this team. Meantally weak, Lack of determination, Lack of prepareation, Lack of leadership, lack of coaching basically this team is lacking in all departments.

A real good course of action is to do nothing until the season ends. Oncce the season ends look to trade Zach to Sac town for a resigned Artest. Move Crawford for picks, might have to take back a bad contract but should be done. With the pick try to get Bayless in the draft. Buyout Marbury and go seperate ways. Build around the rookies.

My senario if things break right should be we get the number one pick. Go with Beasley and draft Bayless with the second pick.

Next years team should look like this.

Bayless pg
Artest sg
Curry c
Lee pf
Beasley sf

I think if thing break right the Knicks will get a lot accomplished in the off season. New GM and a coach definitely should happen in the off season also.

What ya gonna do when Charlie V runs wild on you!

Im telling you! This ****in guy can play 3 positions in todays nba. He's getting shafted cuz of Yi.......the guy can play. Stop going off hearsay from his draft day reports.

Also......look at what Conley had done as a starter. Nothing special. Look at Lowrys game log on yahoo sports......he put up similiar numbers when he got the minutes. His current minutes and production reflect his feelings since being benched after putting in such hard work all year.
