For guys to know Layden trademarks so well, how can you not see that drafting T.J Ford is either a pick for another team if we move up ,or he is just fooling you guys like last yr and has his eyes on another player to be known at draft day alone.

Remember when he got Glenn Rice? Everyone was like "why do we have three shooting guards, one already out of position? And now Rice, on the downslide of his career?" The answer was "Oh, Layden will trade Rice. This is the first part of a two-part trade." Didn't happen. That's my fear, and that season sucked, like all the ones after it. Layden could pick Ford without the rest of the trade guaranteed to happen. Or he really wants Ford because he's trading Ward and doesn't like Frank's game.

Again, I could care less what happens next week or after July 1 FA start, as long as we have a new starting center and new starting SF come regular season tipoff. Even if we stink, which we probably will, at least Layden would be addressing our needs.

I want to believe that Layden can do something right for once. I just don't trust him at all.

I almost threw up when I read that this morning. That has got to be the stupidest draft rumor to date. TJ is good but for the Knicks to trade up for him would be completely retarded.

Here's one reason this is about the stupidest thing you've ever heard. The Knicks signed a guy that recruited Frank Williams to Illinios to be the assistant coach, Mr Lon Krueger(sp?). The Knicks are committed to Frank as the future at the point. I think Milos is gone on draft day.

DEFandREB I live here in MEMPHIS so its great to be a GRIZZLIES fan !!! JERRY WEST & CO gives us lots of hope !!! Although my home is NEW YORK ( stationed in memphis ) & my heart is with the KNICKS , I can be happy i have the GRIZZLIES to watch !!!

Pike the sad thing is that the "Architect" had Sweetney and Kaman high on his list..LOL.. Got damn, I rather just trade out of the 9th spot than settle for that list.. I swear I do!!!!

If we trade up for Ford, it'll be at #7, and the cost won't be that great. And did I miss something? Do we have a world beater at point? Ford, Hinrich,or Pietrus at that spot would represent the best value... pure player... Vujanic is no guarantee to come over. If we trade Vujanic, a player, #9, #31 to move up to #4 to take Bosh... I wouldn't be terribly upset. Just because you have lots of crap at the point, and Williams is a complete unkown at this point, doesn't mean you don't draft a player. That said, I would stay-put if Ford is the target.
