I'd like Skiles to replace Isiah. I like him as a coach, and dont know what happened this season, though he had those guys playing super tough last year.

The Bulls were supposed to be contending for the East and they are as bad as the Knicks. Skiles just killed it with his Bobby Knight style. It doesn't work anymore.

I don't think it was so much Skiles as much as the Kobe distraction that submarined the Bulls.

Plus Old School only works in today's NBA if you have the muscle to back it up. Muscle being a history of success and the management's backing.

Killa with the immature players we have on this roster they would hate skillz like the hated LB.= DISCIPLINARIAN

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

A lot of guys who adamantly defended Isiah and Curry in the off-season from us critics have done 180s and joined the positions of the posters whom they ridiculed all off-season.

Skiles has 3 years in him to turn it around then they tune him out.

He is a good coach but thats life in the big time.

Yeah, strict disciplinarian coaches like Scott Skiles don't last forever. Players tune them out. I'd love Skiles here.

I'm not that big of a Skiles advocate for coaching the Knicks, but a roll of toilet paper can get more out the roster than Thomas has shown. Actually, they pretty much have produced the same results.

Skiles would make Curry run away from home and never return, and he would also humiliate Stephon and all the rest of these losers.

Now that I think of it, maybe I do want Skiles here

like nalod said, skiles has a shelf life. it happened in pheonix before.

i think the way they look at it is that they have the talent to win 45+ games (which they've done), they have the talent to advance in the playoffs (which they've done), so they felt instead of making major changes to the roster, it just needed a new voice.

btw, i'm sure jamal and eddy would love to have skiles back here...

and papabear, the kobe thing may have messed with them BUT gordon and deng turned down big money contracts b/c they wanted more. that's on them. and that's pressure they put on themselves to perform in a contract year.

also, the word on skiles is that he's great for a young team learning the league and getting their feet under them. but when it's time to go to the next level, he's not the guy.

Funny how bulls and knicks have turned down.

Bulls found Gordan is crawford. Dumb streaky player. Heinrich might not be the real deal. Wallace was a starphuck, and the TT and NOah need more polish.

I bet bulls fans think Eddy would look pretty good about now.
