I think the knicks were more balanced last year - in terms of having an inside out game- frye was used on the outside and even though he did not excel, helped spread the opposing defense. Q shot better and Nate played more and was a threat from outside.

With Curry & Zach, the middle is clogged, big time- there is no room for him to operate, and we have no three point threat.

No, he did not improve last year.

He merely played more minutes. His stats-per-minutes in all categories were equal to or worse than his career-highs in each stat-per-minute categories.

He is a really really bad player.

I'm posting this again last yr we witnessed


Curry had 33 straight games last yr where his turnovers outnumbered his ast and another streak I think of 27gms. That's simply a staggering stat. The ast didn't even equal the turnovers in these two streaks.

He had a 13gm stretch during the end of the season where he had 62To's vs 13ast, that's a -5:1 ratio folks and here's a Doozy....He played 209min a span of 6gms and only had 25 total rebounds.

This yr he currently has a


21gm streak going strong and in tact where his assist haven't been greater than his turnovers. 42 total turnover vs 13ast which is a -3:1 ratio, he has just 1 double double, 8gms grabbing less than 4reb, 11gms with 0ast, shooting 31% from the free throw line for the month of December, and 6gms in single digit scoring, and another Doozy....He has a stretch of 227min of play this season, the span of 9gms, and 37 total rebounds



All these adjectives come to mind when I think of his play and the results

TERRASTEROUS=terrible + disasterous, ATRYSMAL=atrocious + abysmal, PATHUSTING=pathetic + disgusting, GARTRID=garbage + putrid, HORRIFUL=horrible + awful, CATASTERY=catastrophe + misery, MADDENSOME=maddening + troublsome

Actually we may not have done a poll but we had many debates if last yr he was an improved player from his best season as a Bull. Most realistic fans last yr felt he didn't improve a lick. It's finally becoming more clear this yr. Great/Good players don't allow everything to affect their game.

The guy was putting up close to all star numbers last year...There were stretches where he was clearly dominant...If you want to say he was still a bad player then thats your beef....What you are trying to do is negate his good play last year to say he is just a bad player and there is no hope...Go right ahead a fool yourselves, I'm sure you will have plenty of takers...

ok...did he have a shot at making the all star the last year or not?

Last season was our so called "franchise player's prime".

i don't like curry at all, never did, but the zach trade basically set this team back a few more years by making the error of giving up 2 #1's for eddy even more pronounced.

I don't want to hear any excuses about hw voting is a joke because we all know it is. But with as great a season as many have tried to claim he had while playing in the biggest market in the league....... how come the votes didn't reflect such? 200,000 votes total while playing for the Knicks at the weakest position in possibly all of sports!


And to pile on all of this Kidd was hurt and couldn't play, voted in as a reserve by the Coaches.

The Eastern Conference reserves included two players from the Detroit Pistons and two players from the New Jersey Nets. Richard Hamilton and Chauncey Billups were selected for the Detroit Pistons. Vince Carter and Jason Kidd were selected for the New Jersey Nets. Other all star reserve selections include Caron Butler of the Washington Wizards, Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic, and Jermaine O'Neal of the Indiana Pacers.

The Western Conference reserves included three players from the Phoenix Suns. Those players were Steve Nash, Shawn Marion, and Amare Stoudemire. Other players named as reserves include Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs, Allen Iverson of the Denver Nuggets, and Carlos Boozer of the Utah Jazz. Dirk Nowitzki also made the roster for the Dallas Mavericks.

Curry wasn't voted in obviously, but a replacement had to be named for Kidd and guess who that was, it was Joe Johnson. Emeka Okafor and Ben Gordon were the next in line to replace Kidd. So Curry didn't get in from fan voting, nor as a reserve, nor as a reserve replacement.


Curry had one of the most overrated seasons by his own fans last yr in my lifetime of watching this sport.

Didn't I already acknowledge this in the very post above? I said voting is a joke but don't try and use it against this argument.

I'm bringing it to your attention to show you his own metropolitan area could care less of helping him get there although it's alleged to many NITWITS nationwide he was clearly deserving. No the talk was not a nationwide discussion about him being an All-Star it was strictly out of the NYC. Bottomline 200,000 votes speak volumes on his season from a local perspective and you'd have to consider 90% of those more than likely came from the region.

Curry wasn't ALL THAT GOOD it's just the COLD HARD FACTS. Once you start EMBRACING this you'll feel much better.
