He's not a skilled enough player not to have all of his physical abilities right now. His game is rebound and high % shots. He's compensating for the injury he never healed from.

Mardy wasn't 100% either and now he's back on the shelf.

The team is being run by a very desperate man right now. It's going to lead to poor decisions that have nothing to do with the long-term and only "help" the team short-term. Remember how Crawford played for 5 weeks on a stress fracture last year until Zeke got his extension?

haven't been watching all of the PHO game but my impression from the other games was that Lee was still not 100%.

he prolly has a torn ligament or something and the medical staff will never know it. Lee needs to see specialists on his own.

Yeah, David looks a step slow.

He is usually a much better finisher also. Something isn't right.

Lots of injuries coincidence, orr.....
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

This team is not 100%
It has twisted management, hyper extended payroll, broken players, bruised PR, and brain-damaged owner.
Team should be put of injured list of NBA

I think you are making excuses for Lee's poor play. He is not injuried. Jamal had a major surgery are you going to say he is still injuried also?

What you have is the results of scouting reports. Also the pf position in the NBA is stacked. YOu have many defensive minded players. The starting position is completely different than coming off the bench with fresh legs. Teams are no longer sleeping on Lee. Lee normally plays against other bench players so it is easier for him to shine. Playing against starters is a whole different ball game.

You're right. Lee is a very good but limited player. He needs to be in his comfort zone on offense and he really can't guard anyone. He'll get some good numbers as a starter but he probably most effective off the bench, at least until he develops a scorer's offensive game.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

David Lee got exposed to whatn he really is...a hustle hardworking white guy who played center in college and knows how to reb a little in the pros.

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
David Lee is still not 100%
