Beating a team we are supposed to beat shows what the season is going to be like?
And you mean that in a negative way?
LOL!

you are out of controll.

we barely beat a team that should win in the 20s. either they're better than most people think- in which case, how can isiah complain about taking a long time to rebuild if minny is doing it in one year- or we're really not that good and we're heading for another lost season

Minny is probably better than people assume (at least they look that way - they also played Denver tough). We probably underestimated them and assumed we could win on talent alone and the result was a close game.

I think we should have really won big, our second unit is much better at playing as a unit. The first unit is terrible, all they do is go one on one there is little passing aside from curry and crawford hooking up for an opp occasionaly.

But teams that play hard are usually in the game. Looking at the Wolves last night, I wonder if the celtics would have been better off holding onto their guys. I love KG and he brings a lot, but Ratliff if he stays healthy is a nice defensive big, jefferoson is just awesome, and gomes is a nice role player.....

Good to see Balkman running around creating havic, he looked very good along with nate and lee really helps balance out the team work aspect of the game. But, a win is a win we'll take it, but should never have been that close

Last I looked that was basically the Boston Celtics of last year out there. The Knicks lost to them last year I think they got swept by this almost same group. Like the KNicks or not a win is a win, take them anyway you get them and keep them coming.

Time of predictions is over.
Games will speak louder than articles.
After 2 games we belong of the group called "unclear".
And the next games will tell if we will sleep to "bad" or will start claiming up the ladder.

the season is a marathon 81 games.

the subtle evidence of whether this Knicks squad can cohere into a more consistent, potetial playoff team, will not be known until mid-to-late January.

four points vs this team without randy foye, year thats not a big win. It's the home opener and they were sluggish to start? earl are you kidding that is not acceptable.

This should have been a 10 point win never in doubt we are far superior to this team. And if Foye was playing I am not sure we get out with a win, because our guards have not played any defense to date

I guess ten years isn't enough for you to believe that we're not that good. Fine then!

If these Knicks can beat convincingly:
Dallas
Phoenix
San Antonio
New Jersey
Detroit
New Orleans
Houston
Denver
Chicago (for crying out loud, if I may remind you all, the Knicks haven't done bull against the bulls since they unloaded Ed on Isiah!!!)

If these Knicks can put the clamps on:
Lebron
Duncan
Dirk
Carmelo
Kobe
Yao
McGrady
as well as other dominate stars in this league

Then your in control!!! Okay?!!!

But if they cannot, then shut it!
I'll never trust this' team again.

4949 is very bad at this. YOu should leave it to the pros, piggy backing a Isiles or trueblie thread would suit you better.

prime beef right there.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.
