I am new to the forum, but I have to say I have read the comments for more than 2 years and find that there are more Knick haters than lovers on this site. Those of you that are from the NY/NJ/Conn area know the media here is like no other in the world. Negative media sells newspapers because unfortunately people like to read negativity. I would agree Isaiah has made many mistakes, Jerome James, as well as other signings..but I will tell you one thing. He is trying hard to bring this team back to where true Knicks lovers want to see their team, on top and being an elite team for years to come. He is not waiting for things to happen, he is a doer..whether decisions are bad or good..he is making them. This team will be better. Yes, I said that they would make the playoffs last year, they didn't. Were we disappointed? A real Knicks fan would have been, but would a real Knicks fans still stand by their team..Oh yes, we would..So where are my true Knicks fans? Zach is here..He has heart, won't back down from anyone, Curry is here, looking to be better than last year..Have any of you notice how confident he has gotten in front of a microphone? When he first came, he always dipped his head, like he was afraid to talk much. He is becoming a leader..or are you so negative that you want his body measurements to make you feel better about the things you aren't doing in your own life. We have a deep team with the OPPORTUNITY to do great things. Give the young men a chance, and whether you believe Anucha or not..recognize one thing..that if you are not hated then obviously you ain't about nothing..cause no one would take the time to talk about you..so keep on hatin (all you fake Knick fans) cause I know my team is on the rise..So as I said before "I don't mean to disappoint you, but the site is called ULTIMATEKNICKS.COM. Kobe ain't comin no time soon, and if its meant for Artest to be here, then he will be..but I would do battle with this team any day of the week, cause they wear the blue and orange of the NY KNICKS. I am flying out to the first preseason game on Monday..if you want a report, I will be happy to provide one..but only true Knick fans need inquire..Peace.

Seriously, the site is what its posters make it, subject to what Martin and Andrew will allow. If the homers want to make it more positive, all they have to do is hang out and post the positives. Complaining about the haters doesn't increase the level of positivity on the site.

My point exactly..has anyone pointed to the positive aspects at all of the post? You just confirmed my point..thanks. As I said, there is alot of positivity about the team. I would hope that as this team starts winning this negativity will go away..but it won't. The sad thing is that all the haters will forget what they said about the team..as if they were there all along...now when the team is bad they are bad, so I do expect to hear complaints and negativity on fact..but I have seen nothing but speculative negativity..the expectation thereof..so I will do my part..hopefully I will see the real fans step up to the plate.

Yeah it's that dreaded NY media who is killing us on defense. If only Peter Vescey and Mitch Lawrence hit their free throws during crunch time, we might have made the playoffs last season. Hopefully Isola shows up to training camp in shape because I'm counting on him being one of the leaders of this team.

What is all this lover talk? I am not a lover. I am a realist. The Knicks suck, but they are making improvments and those improvements should be acknowledge instead of the broken record of how bad we are. If I had no hope that the Knicks were going to do well or better than a previous season, I wouldn't waste my time watching games or even posting on this site.

I wonder what the homers imagine it would be like if everyone just talked about how wonderful the Knicks are and how bright the future is all the time. I think things would get pretty boring around here.

Almost 90% of this website bashes the Knicks even during the positive times. You act like we have no future. Like anything that Isiah puts on the court is bound not to work. It's sad.
