Injury report
These things are inevitable: death, taxes, the sun rising in the East and Jerome James getting hurt. For the second straight camp and, oh, about the 5,000th time as a Knick, he was limited at practice Tuesday by what he and the team called tendinitis in his right knee, on which he had surgery that cost him the entire 1999-2000 season.

"Wear and tear, man," said someone who's averaged less than 10 minutes per game in his two years with the Knicks and barely 13 minutes a game for his career.

When are we gonna release this guy??? I wish I could make his money and consistently UNDERperform year in and year out. the most laughable part of the quote above has been bolded.

Jerome is just a microcosm of the entire Knicks team.

People should stop picking on him.

He should be cut, and not paid.
Let him go to court and prove he deserves that money.

The guy is a prideless waste of time. If the dude cared enough about himself and the game of basketball he would be the best center in the league. There is no way this guy couldn't put up ewing like numbers if he was dedicated. Its a damn shame.

We can't cut Jerome we need a back-up center in case Eddie gets hurt

How this guy is on an NBA roster is beyond me.

jerome spends the offseason working his ass off, produces a waist - not waste!! - line, and aggravates his tendinitis in the process, and you guys dog him like he's some kind of eddy curry or something !?!?
