He won't resign because he's not getting another NBA job after this, that's for sure.

Jimmy isn't going to fire Isiah because, well, he's an idiot who makes all the decisions at MSG. Because murdering someone is indecent too. That doesn't mean it happened. Although, they did find a limb on Dolan's property, so I digress.

I'd say option #3--Stern suspending Isiah for conduct detrimental to the league--is a significant possibility though. Hopefully, Knicks fans get a one-year respite from Isiah, Dolan and Mills.

I hope Stern does step in because Isiah has a horrible track record and yet he has never been held accountable for it. Chris Sheridan said he didn't know if or how Stern could step in because it was a civil trial. Stern has to be pretty tired of Isiah and Dolan.

It's a no brainer. When it comes to media scutiny and a loss in the courts over 'sexual harrassment', then somethings got to give!!! where the hell is the outrage here???! I don't understand Knick fans! When Allan Houston and Charlie Ward made the Anti Semetic comments several years ago, people where all over it.

The law of the land says you cannot' cause sexual harrassment towards anyone. You break that law, you pay. When you embarrass an entire corporation, someone has to hang. Look at Enron! Look at Wall Street and it's recent trash! MSG is supposed to be mecca of basketball and it's being trashed before our very eyes. That's the difference of being professional and incompitent. If I had to choose between the two, I'd get rid of Dolan FAST! From that point on anyone' can be let go, including Isiah and no Dolan to block it. We need respectability again.
I'll never trust this' team again.

The only way Isiah will get fired is if he stabs Dolan, breaks his guitar, and starts bootlegging cable boxes under the table.

Dolan loves Isiah. I wouldn't be surprised if Isiah left office doors open when he went in to berate people just so Dolan could hear him. And Dolan probably hung his ear in the hallway and thought "I like the way this guy operates, go get 'em Zeke!"

They make beautiful discordant music together.

After reading the info that's been presented, I don't think it's warranted that Isiah should resign or be fired. If that's the case then Dolan would have to fire himself and that's not gonna happen. He's been just as deeply involved in this case As Isiah and that goes for Mills too. Also let's remember that this is a Civil lawsuit and the burden of proof is less that it is in the case of a Criminal trial. So he doesn't have to be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That being the case there's a lowered impact to this in my mind. A jury isn't always right, as we've seen over the years. I think Stern should stay out of this. Let the law handle this case, which should never have gone to trial to begin with.

This isn't a case of Sexual Assualt. If she wins she'll get her money and that should be the end of it. Unless there's something i'm missing in the league rules that covers losing a civil suit.

Can we please stop with the Stern stepping in? How in the world can Stern step in and take some kind of action in a he said/she said civil trial. The situation is terrible for the NBA but the betting scandal was much worse. He needs to handle that before he starts coming in and taking "action". IT and Dolan are married to each other. Dolan has committed himself to Isaih and Thomas has committed himself to Dolan. This all goes away if the knicks come out strong. If start slow, then it only gets worse.

Isiah will not be fired. He will be given a 50 year (or lifetime, whichever comes first) extension, a raise, and an MSG award for manager of the decade.

And most importantly some love from Anucha's replacement.

David Stern had a mob informant as an NBA ref- MSG, Dolan & Isiah got shaken down in a sex harrasment suit by some woman who was probably treated harshly by the organization- but not sexually harrassed- the only thing Stern can possibly say to Dolan et al is they should have settled- innocent companies avoid court because of stuff like this- doesn't mean anything.

This is not an issue for the league. If she filed a suite against the league it would be different. This is a civil case not a criminal case. In the MSG Stern don.t tell them what to do. Sterns bette worrie about the gambling refs, and the cheating refs.
