he just stated that the jury are on charge #6 and need to reconvene tomorrow but it looks like the garden is going to get hit hard with penalties.

from what he heard, the jury was pretty much unaninimous on the garden being a hostile work environment and that isiah did in fact cause a hostile work environment.

doesn't have all the details but it looks like the garden is "going to get it hard".

also, francesa said his sources at the garden said that even if isiah is found guilty on everything, he will still be the coach and president of the team.

That was Francessa's opinion ... this is one of those "little birdies told him" and he's always right because the fat man really does have sources.

I mean the man can walk into a Met/Yankee/Knick/Net/Ranger/Fishstick/Giant/Jet/etc clubhouse without having a pass that the media must have.

You don't know what a jury is going to do until they read the verdict.

Unless Francesa's source is on the the jury, I don't take too much stock in it.

Plus, I don't want to get my hopes up.

this is true. i'm not sure how this leaked...or if it's valid at all. we'll find out soon enough. and you have to expect an appeal if they lost.

They'll definitely appeal, although I don't know what basis they'll have for one.

Either way, they've already lost in terms of public perception but if they lose the case, it'll only get worse. And you can expect to hear about many more lawsuits against MSG, Cablevision and Dolan.

I really haven't followed this case- but, the snippits I have heard- I don't see how anucha wins- it strikes me that she didn't have her stuff together and that isiah had very little contact with her

its easy to paint a big company as unfriendly- but you go to work to do work- its not welfare and companies only owe you what they owe you.

Not if its a fair amnount. If its a crazy amount I would be disappointed. I'm 100 for justice being carried out for both sides.

ESPN also reporting that the Jury is finding in favor of Anucha so far. I hope there is someway that Stern can become involved and force Dolan to remove Thomas and sell or transfer ownership of the team.
