Sounds like Anucha took a hit today but then coach speaks the unthinkable

Well, this trial is turning out to be the best thing imaginable for a Knicks fan. Stern should and probably will suspend Dolan and Thomas will get fired either immediately or after he is booed nonstop until he does in fact get fired.

As soon as this team hits bottom, there is only one way to go.

Yeah, this is not gonna sit digest very well in the stomach of garden attendees, the rest of the Knick fans, sponsors, advertisors, David Stern, and how dare I say, James Dolan.

Anyone who is rooting for Anucha because they think it will get Isiah fired... give it a rest. Isiah won't get fired. If he was going to get fired, he would've been fired already. Others have been fired for less and without it being drawn out.

I really could care less about routing for Anooka, although I feel she has been done wrong by them, I'm more flabbergasted that our GM and President has the gumption to give his opinion on being verbally abusive, in the work place, distinguishing racial preference. That in of itself is absolutely unprofessional and gives us all insight to his warped mindset. I could maybe try and see where he's coming from if he's talking to someone from the neighborhood but in the work place?

Understood. I was just pointing out that thoughts of him getting fired are fantasy. If he's guilty (I can't honestly claim to know), he deserves his penalty, as you said. If he isn't, he doesn't. He's a snake either way, but that's not part of this case.

You know the really interesting thing is that these guys always get busted for women that are totally *not* hot, and not worth getting busted for.

I know! It's never an Alba that's for sure....

I wonder what the significance is of I.T. constantly wiping his lips in the whole second half of the video...

Isiah didn't say that he thought it was OK, he said that he found it "less offensive" for a Black man to say it. That could be based on his life experiences I don't know. That's his opinion. He's wrong by many peoples standards, but it's not the same thing as saying he feels it's OK to call a woman a "B" at all.

To be honest all of this court stuff is so tricky. The taped deposition is a very slick piece of work to use against him. It still doesn't prove anything, but does do damage to his character as all of these things are designed to do. The idea isn't to really get to the truth. It's one big smear campaign. Anucha's lawyers paint Isiah and MSG in a bad light and MSG paints Anucha in a bad light. Depending on how much mud you have you can win the case. It's clear that this should've been settled out of court as the Judge advised, cuz both sides are getting killed.

Isiah just lost the case with these statements especially with much of the jury being made up of women.

To recap

1. Isiah doesn't give a **** about those white people
2. Isiah doesn't have a problem with black men calling black women bitches

Tremendous organization, I hope Stern fines Dolan another million for this, and he just does what he always does and extends him another year

Nixluva: It shouldn't be about who is right or wrong in this trial. The question should be why every year is it a circus?

I could care less who wins this case and I don't really have an opinion about Anucha. Just tremendously happy that they didn't settle and it went to trial so that all of MSG's and Isiah's dirty laundry could be aired out in public.

That can't help Isiah in any way and can only make him look bad. That's all I ask for. I know it won't directly cause him to be fired but add another non playoff year with no excuses allowed and he's on the brink of even idiot Dolan having enough. It's all about building Isiah's impressively awful resume as Knicks President, GM and Coach. Now a completely embarrassing sexual harrassment trial is a part of it.

I really do not understand why Dolan did not settle outside of court. The only reason I can think of is that behind everything MSG and Thomas feel they are innocent and feel they are being bullied into giving someone 10 mil. The larry brown case lets us know Dolan will not back down in cases where he feels he is being taken. (excluding the multiple bad signings)

If Anucha is lying and looking for a big pay day, and she doesn't win the case. Can MSG and Thomas sue her for defamation of character and loss of potential wages/viewers/sponsors? I think Dolan is petty enough to pursue something like that. An even better question is what if they throw out the sex harrasment case, but she wins because she was improperly fired. Can MSG still go after her?

This all goes away if the Knicks come in ready to play and has a great season.
