MILOS & the 9th pick for ANDRE MILLER & LAMAR ODOM. Then we draft JAMES LANG (6'11 305lbs center) & KENDRICK PERKINS (6'11 280lbs PF) both r only 19yrs old. Then we trade SPREWELL to PHILLY (if they will still do the deal) for VAN HORN. Finally we trade EISLY to JERSEY for MUTOMBO ( they need a backup PG plus they really want DEKE out ) he only has 2yrs left on his contract & we get rid of EISLY's big contract. C=MUTOMBO / PF=VAN HORN / SF=ODOM / SG=HOUSTON / PG=MILLER ----- bench of rookie PF/C of LANG & PERKINS with ANDERSON, FRANK WILLIAMS, DOLEAC & SPOON under contract only !!! Remember LANG, PERKINS, ODOM, WILLIAMS, VAN HORN & MILLER are all young !!! ( THE NEW CORE FOR NEW YORK ) P.S.we can either buy out WARD & KNIGHT or trade them for 2nd rd picks.

Yes, he is. I'm sure Ivo was glad he had KVH in that last game, huh? LOL

That being said, I'm SURE LayDUMB still has him in his sights... it's gonna be a damned shame when next year we have a starting five featuring KVH, Shawn Bradley and Allan Housless...

I like the trades you made up but you know no one is gonna see it like we do.

Like I've always said though....Knicks gotta work out what they already have before they think about adding players to this roster.

Everyone hates on KVH but he is 6'10 250 lbs in his early 20's, averages 17 pts & 8 rebs, MUTOMBO only has 2yrs left on his contract, & as a bonus we get young & athletic with MILLER, ODOM, KVH, WILLIAMS, PERKINS & LANG !!! ENYSPREE & NYKBLOCKER i knew you could see the logic !!!!

Karnivore... If your LA... do you trade your franchise player for an aging, tempermental 2-guard (the easiest position to find talent at) and an unproven Euro point? Miller is gone and might be had in a sign and trade... But nothing on our roster will get us Odom. Its fun to paste young athletic players (which we sorely need) with upside, but the reality is we have very little to give to obtain them... except to draft them.

I actually like Odom, though I'm not sure how he'd produce in NY. KVH is a waste of size. When a team that has just been to the Finals decides that the way to IMPROVE the team is by shipping you out, it doesn't bode well.

What did he have game 6 v. Detroit? Was it 2 or 4 points? Granted, NY is not going to be in a close postseason game for the foreseeable future, but still...

If KVH gave an HONEST 18pt and 8rebs, it'd be different. But his old schtick of 25pts today, then games of 14 and 8... that just blows. And then, if you could AT LEAST count on his D... but we all know it's nonexistent, even the KVH supporters can't argue he's worth diddly on the Defensive side of the rock.

Leave KVH where he is: at the heart of Larry Brown's problems. We have enuff of our own.

Rain, you act like Odom is somebody... he isn't anymore. His stock has plummeted... what once appeared to be a bright star on the rise... has all but fizzled out.

Pike... You may be right, but the Clipps are convinced he's still a big part of their future. They haven't included him in any deals. His talent is elite and he's still pretty young. I'd love to see him in NY... and on a roster with some veteran leadership.. he'd develop. Anything is possible I guess.. Last I heard he was still highly regarded by the Elgin Baylor. Olowkandi is a better fit.
