1.) camby- dunk over mt.mutumbo in the 99 playoffs ( nasty)

2.) ewing- the famous no look pass from mark jax for a thunderous ewing dunk in 89

3.) starks- do we need to ask? the "DUNK" in 93 over jordan and grant

4.) sprewell- the nasty dunk over jaren jackson in the 99 finals

5.) curry- the facial given to bosh during the 06-07 season. even ewing was amazed.

My favorite is the dunk I have yet to see.

A playoff game this season........David Lee in transition game 5 vs Celtics over b!tch Paul Pierce, who gets incredulous that a white boy posterized him with 30 seconds left in the game, Knicks up 3 games to 1. The dunk puts the lead at 7 and likely secures the game, Pierce gets flagrent and can't handle the shame of his missed assignment so he argues and gets tossed thus obsolving himself from the post game interview. Knicks go on to face Toronto in the quarter finals and Celts go down. Ray Allen has been hampered by bad knees and B!tch paul pierce vowed (you know those NBA what everyone wants to hear) to win the series but just can't handle "Zeddy" and the power game of the knicks!

If not Lee, then Balky. Take your pick.

I think the Camby dunk. The starks dunk is still over rated.

sad to say it might be the Nate Summer League put-back slam
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Allan Houston dunked over Zo, way back, I believe. I vaguely remember seeing a clip of that.

the shandon anderson dunk over gerald wallace was pretty nasty... i think that was his one memorable moment as a Knick.

how about Jamal's T-Mac style throw it off the backboard & dunk it special? not once, but twice... that was awesome.

also anytime u'd see this guy running down the court w/his braids flaring & his snarly face, u just knew something nasty was about to be thrown down.

i remember 1 time watching Charlie Ward dunk it... it wasn't all that flashy or spectacular, but just the fact that he dunked it blew my mind... i'd never seen him do that in a game.

another nasty dunk was when Marbury fed Tim Thomas on a fastbreak & he dunked it on Sam Dalembert... that was obscene... the "i just smelled something nasty" look on Marbury's face said it all.

This is one of my favorite dunks of all time not just Knicks. It was pure power that everyone knew in the arena was coming. I give Zo credit for putting himself in the middle of it.

TMS you and I are on the same page on these dunks. All those you mentioned spring back to me instantly. Although, Spree's dunks might have been more exciting if he had growled or snarled or flexed afterwards

I don't remember who it was on, or what the game was, but my favorite dunk of all time was an Allan Houston dunk during one of his 50 pt games. I can't remember the details but I can still picture it.

yeah, i don't remember Spree giving that many facials to guys on dunks, but his breakaway dunks were worth the price of admission to watch... loved the snarling, chest beating & flexing that came afterwards too... man, i used to love that guy before he turned into a knuckleheaded moron w/that stunt he pulled at the garden when he came back w/the T Wolves.

i can't remember the details around the Houston dunk you're talking about, but i know what you're referring to... i wish someone had a replay for that one.

Yeah, it was either his first or second year here and the rivalry was just blooming. Pretty sure it was a game early in the regular season. Houston went up with one hand over Zo, and Zo actually got a hand on it. But Houston stayed in the air and sort of arm wrestled it past Zo's hand and into the bucket.

Houston also had a couple of alley oop dunks that had me jump out of my seat. It was a play they called when Houston's man was up on him because his jumper was on fire. With the right up on him Houston was able to beat him back door and slam down an alley. Happened once in a game where he was toasting Jordan. Also, there was a game against Portland way back when when Houston was absolutely torturing Isiah Rider. Rider was playing tough man D right in his face, you could tell he wanted to stop Houston because he was on fire and embarrassing Rider. After a series of jumpers in Rider's face he went for the backdoor alley oop. Awesome stuff.

The dunk I was talking about, I remember Allan doing it and actually for the second time in his career where I saw some emotion(the shot being the first). I think he flexed and then gave that goofy half smile that he does. Even Latrell got a kick out of it.
