Option #1 would be to move Curry for Marcus Camby. Denver seems to be willing to let him go. Camby, Randolph, Lee would make the best rebounding frontcourt in the NBA. Not to mention Camby's 3.3 blocks per game would anchor our defense. I don't know how Denver feels about Curry but I do know they want to unload salary so there will have to be a 3rd team involved. Denver can get ending salary and a draft pick. The 3rd team can get Curry. Knicks can get Camby and a late pick.

Option #2 would be to move Curry for Dalembert. Same Memo as Camby. Dalembert is younger than Curry but is less of a statisticall monster. I don't know how Philly feels about Dalembert at this moment but last time I heard they were willing to move him. I don't know if there feelings changed now.

Option #3 would be to move Curry back to Chi for Ben Wallace. I think it would be a good fit for both teams. Chi needs that inside presence still. Noah is in the Ben Wallace & Tyson Chandler mold so Curry & Noah is a better fit than Wallace & Noah for Chi. Ben Wallace is just what the doctor orderd for this Knicks team. Ben Wallace, Randolph, Lee would be a very strong frontcourt. I would also ask for a future protected pick because of the huge age difference.

Option #4 would be to trade Curry to the Nets for Jarron Collins, Sean Williams & 2 future draft picks. Nets need a inside scoring presence BADLY. Curry would be a really good fit offensively with Kristic, Boone & Mikki Moore for the Nets. Add Kidd, Carter & Jefferson and they are looking good. Sean Williams is going to be an absolute stud shotblocker and could be a great defensive anchor if he put his mind to it. Collins is cap fodder & the 2 draft picks give us something to play with.

Option #4a would be to trade Curry & Jamal Crawford to the Nets for Vince Carter & Sean Williams. Basically for the same reasons above. Nets look like Kidd, Crawford, Jefferson, Kristic, Curry. Knicks look like Marbury, Carter, Richardson, Randolph, Williams.

There is also Tyson Chandler but I think NO love him.

Best followup move is to trade Zach. The Nets wereoffering RJ and the Bulls offered to take most of his salary with their cap sap.

I second that TMS.

Hell I'd even take Curry + whatever for KG.

it's apparent isiah is just recycling player after player trying to find THE player. and until we have THE player, expect more recyclings throughout the entire roster.

Sadly, you're right. It's too bad that this is the "plan"

Why would they trade Curry & Crawford for Kobe if they have Bynum?

Bynum has the potential to be all around better then Curry.

Even though it has no shot of happening. If they trade Kobe for Curry, Lee, Crawford and what ever other young talent they want to take from us that makes sense to them. Then they would need to have a Bynum & Odom deal on the table for KG or JO

Curry, Lee, KG, Crawford, Crittenton

I had said to trade Curry to Dallas for Josh Howard. And with our sudden glut of wing players, we could include Balkman- and possibly get Diop back.

Then - our starting five is

Diop
Zach
Josh Howard
Crawford
Marbury

Then Lee gets major minutes off the bench behind Zach and Diop.

Richardson, Mardy & Wilson Chandler can back up the 1,2 & 3 positions.

we're both heading to dallas!

I would go for Josh- don't you think he's the better player? And Dampier is just an aweful contract.

I think we should want more than that. I was considering Dampier for a short time. I was thinking though that if we were to trade Curry for Dampier then Jefferies & or James must be attatched.

Anyone see Mitch last nite. That is not one happy man. LOL, he looked like he wanted to kill Jim Gray for asking him those questions. I guess that meeting he had with Kobe last week was pretty much like the others.

Josh Howard isnt going anywhere

You don't think Mark Cuban, after watching Dirk getting pushed around by a small Golden State roster, would think about giving up Josh Howard for Curry?

Curry's problem is not having team mates that can make simple entry passes, not being able to pass out of the double team and not having team mates that can punish the d for double and triple teams.

Dallas fixes that for Curry instantly. They're a team that can pass and hit the outside shot. And I'm convinced their passing skills/abilities would rub off.

I personally think it would be a good trade for both teams.
