beat the high octane mercury at home today 83-82. that's better than some nba scores in 8 less minutes.

Bout time to watch some winning basketball in New York. I may have to tune into a game or two.

I bet they could beat the Knicks.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I really enjoy watching them, sure surprised the heck out of me beating Phoenix. Heart, intelligent play, when was the last time we saw that at MSG?

They will lose when it counts. It is the curse of MSG. Liberty has been there and not done it much like their brother team. I will not get my hopes up.

Yes, ironically in the WNBA's infancy when the Liberty were championship contenders - they got beat by the Comets of Houstons.

I used to watch it religiously as I watch the NBA. I went to a couple of games the first two seasons. Lobo was a huge disappointment.

I don't mind watching women's basketball, but I need a couple of non-basketball months every year, so I don't follow the Liberty. I do go to Liberty games from time to time, because my mom has season tickets.

the w what?

what is this league you speak of...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

I'm a fan. Its basketball. The girls are playing some great ball. Loree Moore was given full freedom to call the plays and run the team. She has been awesome.

Their forwards are top notch. All the perimeter players are good 3pt shooters.

They have players on their bench that aren't playing that I thought would be starting this year. That's how good they are.

I actually tried watching the wnba once, I thought it would be a funky adventure. It got too hot to play ball at the park and the NBA offseason news was slow. So I tuned in. Within seconds I was sent running and screaming to Basketball City. That wnba stuff is hard to watch.
