I agree, players like this in their prime only become available once in awhile. You have to bet the bank to get him. Kobe/Curry in 08 make it happen.

You know a few years ago, we wouldn't even of had a damm thing to offer them. At least we can actually say we have something to offer them.

Forget about the star for star trade. What team will trade there star straight up for Kobe. Kobe combined with a quality low post threat instantly makes the team a contender.

Mike and Mike were talking about a dirk for Kobe, but I don't see how that helps their situation.

In all honesty, we don't have the goods to get Kobe. But with 3/4 of the league vying for Kobe's services, guys like Rahard, Artest and G Wallace may get put on the back burner. Hopegully one of those guys slips through the cracks and we can scoop one of them up.

Curry stinks, they would want to add him and move bynum for kidd to keep the star power alive........

If I was the Hawks a Joe Johnson, Marvin Williams and pick 11 could be interesting....

Kobe has a no-trade clause so he can kinda dictate his destination.
