That's gotta hurt...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

How can you hate on JVG?

I was pullin for the rockets.

Sloan is a dirtbag anyway.

Did anyone see that post game conference?

Mcgrady just picked up and left after a few questions.

Gotta feel for the guy.

He bailed on the Knicks in the beginning of the season when they look like they were going south...He got the best GM we ever had fired...Grunfeld...Don't get me started bro...I have been down this road already...

There was a huge fight between Van Gundy and Grunfeld...He wouldn't play Camby and Grunfeld was pissed...Van Gundy was upset that the aging Oakman was traded for Camby...He wouldn't start Sprewell either, that was another issue...Funny thing is that it was Camby and Spree that lead the Knicks to the finals which eventually saved Van Gundy's job...

He had every right to leave. I was for it. After being knocked out by the Camby big right, I would have done the same thing. Besides, he already knew things were going south anyway. Things were getting just to strange at the time, I remember. I just can't blame him for that. He did what he could for us and did a great job. Every other manager we had since then, has been a complete bum.
I'll never trust this' team again.

lol wasn't Camby trying to punch that Spurs guard who opened a cut on him, and VG tried to get between them and stepped right into Camby's right hook

I didn't see the press conference but over at realGM they are saying Tmac just walked out crying or something. I mean I like the guy but maybe he shouldn't have shot so many fadeaways in crunch time? I guess he might have been tired or something, he's the only one who gets penetration on that team... I think that's their biggest need right now, a PG or anyone else really besides T-Mac, who can break down the defense because they've already got shooters who can space the floor for Yao with Battier and Head

He was' going after someone that was near the sidelines and JVG was standing there behind people when his big fist came fling into his face. The guy, I forgot who it was, ducked out of the way and that's how it happened. It was a deliberate accident. What your' thinking of is when Morning and I think Ewing almost went into it, JVG grabbed onto Morning's leg and was dragged across the floor. I loved JVG. He had such passion for his players and such respect for the game. I just wished the players could have had more respect for him.
I'll never trust this' team again.

He was going after Danny Ferry.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Name one championship team that doesn't have a star. Until then, the argument holds no water. There are no guarantees for winning, but there ARE guarantees for losing.

2003 Pistons

beating a highly dysfunctional lakers team probably should have a large asterisk next to them.

Lets see Utah advance past GS.
