that seems like a pretty damn big fine! I didn't think he said anything too excessive. Other coaches say similar things but maybe it was the fact he said it two days in a row. I wonder if it'll actually work.

Not nearly enough.

next time he should just divy out 10 G's to the UK posters, & we'll be chanting & holding up signs about the refs giving Marbs the shaft at every Knicks game we go to.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Other than he believes the league is out to get him and said that publicly.......

There was the "Break his ****ing foot" The Brawl, Complaining about Marbury not getting calls, Eddy not making the Allstar team having something to do with his rep around the league, etc. Isiah is a charitable person, giving out midlevels, player options and trade kickers whats 50k

Here are some other fines for similar offenses. I wonder how they figure these fines out.

-Washington Wizards coach Eddie Jordan was fined $5,000 by the NBA on Tuesday for criticizing the officiating in a loss to the New York Knicks on Sunday night

-Jermaine O’Neal of the Indiana Pacers has been fined $15,000 for publicly criticizing officials, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Senior Vice President Basketball Operations

-Orlando Magic coach Brian Hill was fined $25,000 Wednesday by the NBA for his criticism of officials following Monday’s loss to the Utah Jazz at Salt Lake City.

-NEW YORK (Ticker) - Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson was fined $25,000 by the NBA on Wednesday for criticizing officials

They aren't supposed to but I'm sure the money gets back to the coaches in some way.

I think there is a difference between complaining about officials and going on for 1 or 2 days about conspiracy theories and questioning the integrity of the league.

The league is so pissed off at this franchise right now as they should be. I know David Stern would love nothing more than for ISAYUGH to just go away. I wish they would have fined him this yr's salary.

how stupid is it to complain to the refs in the press, when all it ever does is get you fined, and steph is still not going to get the calls.
And your team gets to the line more then anybody

We just sound like such an excuse ridden crybaby organization. Seeing as nothing has changed in that regard from last year, somebody tell me where it's coming from.
