Boone last night looked like he belonged, that's what was important to me.

Marbury praisers just don't understand why a pass 1st pg(marcus williams) does to other teammates.....He makes them better and builds confidence in them that a head coach can't do from the sideline.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Pass First PG? Have you watch Williams play in the NBA? He is shoot first, last night was the aberration.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

lawrence frank is misusing his skillset. he's asking him to shoot. many nets fans are upset with frank's use of williams. his offensive play calling is to get it to vince on an iso and get out of the way.

We all watched Williams at Uconn. His college career has nothing to do with his pro career. He probably was a big scorer in High-school and that had nothing to do with his college career.

Williams has scorers to pass to: Vince Carter, Nachbar, Jefferson, and he had Krstic for 30 games.

Jason Kidd racked up 15 assists last night, he is the hall of famer, if someone needs to fill a scoring void, let Kidd do it.

Williams does not need to step up and score. He just shoots too much.

Now that someone mentioned it, Lawrence frank misuses all his players.

Boone has been benched all year even when they need a bigman. Antonie Wright was starting at the 3 a lot with Jefferson hurt.

Frank just makes problems for himself. I think he is a terrible coach that just happens to have the one of best floor generals in recient history.

They say he is the most well prepared coach. Does a lot of research, etc. I don't see it. The freakin guy doesn't even know his own team.

Frank has done a HORRIBLE job this year as coach of the Nets. When he first started back 2 years ago, I thought he did a wonderful job but I don't know anymore, that team should be ALOT better than they are. There is too much Vince Carter iso on that team, they need to go back to running and gunning.

Lawrence Frank is just another Jeff Vandummy, when a player endorses him he has a few good yrs and then he's exposed and needs to move on.

Frank is a terrible coach. He might be a good x's and o's type coach but he has no idea to use players when he needs to sit down the vetrans seriously how can you possibly ever playing Jason Collins in anything other than garbage minutes.

He was very very good on the pick and roll--both with MW and Jason Kidd. I watched the whole game--Hermann is a very exciting player--they didnt utilyze him this year enough--but Boone was guarding the opposing teams C if you watched the game. He did have 5 dunks--but there is a lot of work involved --as in executing the pick and roll catching the ball and executing the shot. 10-10 in the NBA is pretty good

Boone is going to make a very solid PF/C center in his NBA career: Solid D, takes only good shots, good size and strength.

I watched the game. Boone hit a lot of open layups, I also saw him let Hermann beat him to the boards, I don't care who boone was guarding, but hey he went 10-10, Lets Party!!!

being teammates in college you'd expect them to have some sort of synergy built up already... who else does Marcus Williams make better in your eyes? just curious... whenever i watch Nets games, it's Jason Kidd & Vince that create scoring opportunities for their teammates... Marcus Williams' role on that team is getting less & less as the season wears on... his averages over the last month when his team is in the thick of a playoff race has been 5 & 3 in 14 mpg while shooting 15% from 3 pt range... you'd think that a player that makes his teammates better like you say would be seeing more minutes down the stretch of a playoff race, no?
