Here's a guy who was wanting to shut it down 1month ago. A guy last yr who said after being on the team less than a month that he wouldn't accept not being a starter this yr. And now here we have it, a cancerous statement about him being unhappy with his minutes.

If he wants more minutes, then he needs to play better while on the court. IT would like nothing better than to give this guy minutes, but all he does is turn the ball over and stunt our offense.

Here is another "asset" soon to be cut in yet another step in our well thought out plan.

Probably the worst trade in recent history. If we had Ariza, we could probably just draft Williams and may not even sign Jefferies and all we'd need in the backcourt is a nice shooting guard which we could just draft this Summer.

Everything about Francis is a joke right now.

I forget if it was Crzymd, but we seem to be the only people that noticed Marbury usually plays bad along side Francis. And I'm not saying this like I solved it first, I'm just saying after a game winner and one good game with Marbury.....Who the hell really thought they would work out??? LOL

Francis just needs to go. He clearly isn't a good player. He's a very talented guy, but a LOUSY basketball player. He causes so many wasted possessions. He'd be great in a 3 on 3 league, but in a team game he's horrible.

Some things he does that just drive me crazy.

He dribbles WAY too much and he's not even that good at it. He often looses the ball of bobbles it and has to pick up his dribble in a bad spot.

He drives with no plan in mind and then he makes AWFUL passes that either get picked off or don't lead to any good scoring position for the guy who gets it.

He'll stare into the post and get's flustered not knowing the proper angle to make the entry pass and then he goes into his and1 routine and ends up taking a dumb shot or passing to the weakside.

When he's the obvious SG on a play and he get's a good pass after they swing the ball to him, he hesistates on WIDE OPEN SHOTS. Then he has to dribble a couple of times and take a much harder shot. Or worse he can't take a shot and ends up messing up the play entirely.

Dumb fouls. No Defense. Turnovers. The guy is a freakin disaster. Then he won't admit when he's been playing like crap and wants to blame it on playing time.

I think that if Jamal doesn't get hurt, Francis would definitley have been bought out.

Pretty much sums up Francis's game. Oh, did I mention that he sucks. How someone with that much individual talent has no clue how to play team basketball is amazing.

Just think--the 20mm$ we couldve saved with this guy couyld've been donated to schools which need massive improvements--computers--new books etc.. we paid 20mm $ for a guy who a week later is trying his best to spit back in the owners face to get him out of the contract again.

You can say the same thing about this Godforsaken war. It was just announced the $ cost of the war can surpass one trillion dollars by the end of this year. Sorry to get off the subject but I just came accross that yesterday. It is freaking amazing.

When I think of all the good that could have done in this country if we had avoided that stupid war, it is freaking amazing. Not to mention the countless lives that have been destroyed and the fact that the war has probably created more potential future terrorists than we have killed. The government b**tches that there is no money for social programs but then goes and spends a trillion dollars on a war that just about every country in the world knew was a bad idea.

Adhering to company policy, Thomas will not criticize individual players in public, but he did admit recently that he was unsure how to coach Francis. And the Knicks’ struggles the past few weeks have again underscored how poor a fit Francis is for this team — or at least as a backcourt partner for Marbury.

The Knicks are 2-5 since Francis rejoined the starting lineup (and 3-7 since he returned to the rotation) — a move prompted by injuries to Crawford and Richardson. The Knicks are 8-16 this season with Francis in the starting lineup, and 22-23 without him. They are 13-23 when Francis plays, and 17-16 when he does not.

Good find queeniepop. While we don't know who else was or wasn't playing in those games, the above makes clear that Francis does not have a positive impact on the team's performance.

It's just amazing how bad that guy is. Isiah has given him every chance in the world to shine. He even made him a Co Captain, which I will never understand. It's decisions like this that make you shake your head at Isiah. He still has a lot to learn about running a team. His 1st big lesson should be to stop repeating big mistakes and stick to what he does best, FINDING young talent and motivating teams.

I was willing to give Francis a chance and for a while he seemed to be making some changes, but now he's back to his old tricks. Seeing Steph and Francis up close, it's clear to me that Francis is not on Steph's level. He has the physical gifts, but his head is even WORSE than Steph's. At least Steph has stepped up his game on D and he's been much more of a team player and leader this year. I don't know what Francis is doing.
