like someone else said, it was a good attempt at humor. The fact that he actually dressed up and did some acting was funny enough to me. And where in the rule book does it say that players can only play basketball and not do anything else with their careers ? I guess they should stop shooting commercials and starting in movies, being in rap videos, dating movie stars. The fact that Stephen A. Smith caught feelings over this parody says alot about Smith's character. Honestly, lets examine this, he listens to it then gets on the radio and proceeds to tell steph if he wants to make this "serious" that he will come for him harder than he has ever came for him. So what, Smith is good enough to talk it up, but is not good enough to take the parody. What? is his manhood disrespected because of the sketch ? Would Marv Albert had reacted that way ? How about hubie ? Charles Barkley would not have even thought twice. After Smith viewed he then started switching his statements, saying its kind of funny. Why get on the radio and talk slick before you watch it ? SNL makes fun of people all the time, Smith more than anybody should know, it's all an attempt to get ratings.

SAS actually gave Steph props after watching the clip & said he thought it was hilarious... i like when athletes show a lighter side of themselves instead of being all serious & glum all the time... no one pays these guys to be professional comedians, so who cares if the sketch wasn't an SNL worthy clip?
