Wow, he made such a stupid comment last night before Amrbury shot the 2nd freethrow about how he is definitely hitting it, no doubt in his mind. I knew as soon as he said that the knicks were jinxed. Doesn't he know better? Every time the announcer on tv says how great a ft shooter someone is they go and miss it. Did that piss anyone else off?

So, it was Kenny's fault Marbs missed the free throw?

Obviously I am joking, but it does seem to often happen that a tv announcer will say a guy is a good free throw shooter and then the guy misses. I just knew once Kenny started talking about it, Marbury was going to miss. In fact, I was saying to myself right before he shot that I wish Kenny would shutup about it.

You guys are seriously pathetic if you think Kenny "Jinxed" Steph. Give me a break, please I beg you ! Some people on this board will blame anybody and everybody when the Knicks lose, only to leave those who actually play the game wear an innocent face. The man said Steph will make the free throw, because he has faith in him, he was praising Steph all night and you guys have the balls to sit here and rip him ??? PLEASE.

HE SAID STEPH WILL MAKE THE FREE THROW BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE SHOULD'VE DONE.

Looking back at the game why Steph will have good feelings about his teammates except Malik.
They basically left him all alone to dig out of this hole. Including IT with his bad coaching in the first half.
Steph messed up at the end but he wasn’t the one who lost the game - IT, Jeffries, Fry, Q, Eddy was all garbage

Isn't that a compliment to Steph that Kenny thought Steph was golden on the final shot? Tough loss, but let's not blame the announcers.

Not blaming the announcer, but I am not sure if everyone agrees that most sports fans are very superstitious. The jinx on Marbury is just one of them. I would like to think that we are all sports fan and understand this concept or idiocy.

I am extremely superstitious specially with my NY Giants and NY Knicks or when I am playing ball or watching my children play sports.

So yeah! I want to bitch slap that fool!

Why don't you guys just admit that you get annoyed very easily when the Knicks lose. One guy wanted to jump into his TV and slap Kenny, others think Breen is annoying, only when the Knicks lose...

He had just hit 6 in a row I just didn't like Kenny saying that. It's weird cuz i'm not really superstitious but I hate when announcers say stuff like that. I was confident after the 1st shot was so pure, but then he had to say that and then it took so long before the ref gave Steph the ball. You just get a bad feeling that with the way the whole team was missing that sooner or later steph was gonna miss one. Still what killed them was his missed 3 and the lousy transition D that led to the Lewis 3. You can't let that happen. I think Steph was feeling it a little too much, cuz that shot was stupid. All he had to do was drive. The Sonics were over the limit.

i had a bad feeling he'd miss the first & then have to purposely miss the 2nd to try & get a tip in... after he made the first i thought he was gonna hit the second one too, but it rimmed out... what're you gonna do... he's obviously not the most clutch FT shooter in the world... he's missed some other big FT's in the past as a Knick... i guess the 1 silver lining is that he's not passing up big shots down the stretch anymore like he used to do when Jamal was on the floor... step up & be accountable, & i think last night he did that at least.
