the bobcats are my 2nd favorite team in the league behind the knicks (except for when they stink it up like they did against the nets the other night - then the bobcats are my favorite team in the league

). in watching them play, and i do watch almost every single game on league pass, they are still trying to find themselves as a team. that's why they will beat a team like dallas or detroit, then lose to the likes of boston, golden state and portland.
they are young, REAL young: felton looks like a young marbury out there (shoot first, pass second type), morrison cant spell defense yet, let alone play it, and garald wallace is about a year or two away for being a bonafied SUPERSTAR. we wont even get into sean may....only guy on this team right now that is consistently solid is ok4.
i believe that charlotte should get that one impact player they need, but it should not be vince. i think they would be better off spending their money on a guy like garnett who, along with ok4, would SHUT DOWN the paint. he also provides them with scoring options and MUCH NEEDED defensive prowess. BUT, the MOST important thing a guy like garnett would bring is the ability to lead the team, which, sad to say vince cannot do. with minds as young and impressionabloe as what exists in charlotte right now, you need a steadying force and a leader that won't let the youngs get away with ****it!
then, pair that up with a teacher type coach like LB, and now we're talking about a real solid future.
