No restrictions. I just wanna know who do you think is worthy of wearing the orange and blue. What players today represent NY basketball?

I'm looking for guys with heart, pride, fire and desire!!! I'm sure you guys think the same.

So who is worthy to represent us?

Gerald Wallace jumps out at me. Freakin guy would challenge shaq at the rim just because he had to. He has been known to do that and often. Nicknamed "crash". Dude has an ever improving offensive game and he plays with that pride and heart we love.

Well of course, if we had drafted him it would be a different story. But we didn't, he was the face of Riley's Heat for a while, and now he's forever tainted. I hate him as much as Reggie.

Marcus Camby - we had him and Layden gave him away, damn shame

Kenyon Martin (When Healthy)- hell no, never like him

Chris Paul - I can get with that, too bad he punched that dude in the balls in college

Rasheed - too late

Big Ben - no way

Josh Howard - never happer

Deron Williams - reminds me of Mark Jackson lite

Carlos Boozer - likewarm

Ruban Patterson - too crazy off the court, New York would be his demise

Anderson Varejao - nice hair, my fave on the list to bring a more cosmopolitan flava to a cosmopolitan city

btw, i also have a distaste for J Kidd cuz of the way he disrespects us, but i'd take him on our team in a heartbeat... woulda done the same for Tim Hardaway too (before his ignorant comments obviously)... oh, & a guy named Isiah & Jordan woulda made great Knicks too... same goes for Allen Iverson
