Why aren't the Bulls crying? They have one of the best records in the East and they have nobody going. Marbury's also dumb in saying they sent players from losing teams to the event. Who Vince Carter and Jason Kidd? Well they are 0-1 against them, they are 3gms behind them in the division and quite honestly those 2 players are having better seasons than Curry. Maybe not one of their better seasons, but they are better than Curry.

I don't have a problem with what Marbury said. He is sticking up for his teammate. What I do see have a problem with is, "I'm disappointed but what can I do?" Curry said following yesterday's practice at a sports complex co-owned by former Reds shortstop Barry Larkin. "It's out of my control. . . . I'm happy for the guys that made it. Next year, we'll see what happens."

What you can do is go out and prove everyone wrong by getting rebounds and being an intimadator. No need to wait till next season there are plenty of games left this year.

Silver, don't get worked up over NOTHING/NOBODY. He is just desperately trying to get me to pay some attention to him. He's been trying to do so for months, but he isn't worth my time. As usual Marbury says something dumb. It's about how he said. Also, just like Isiah, he failed to mention anything about defense, any flaws. A player who gets it would say that he's disappointed but he'll improve his game so he makes it next year. These guys don't get it.

The All Star game is a popularity contest. Being a better player has nothing to do with it. Check out Steve Nash not starting and tell me the all star game has anything to do with ability.

BTW: A ton of players have said the NBA is rigged. Players, coaches, team owners and even media guys have brought up the possibility. Marbury is suggesting something that has already been visited. Like I said before, if thats the worst comment he gets in this season, we are getting off easy.

Thats how teammates usually react when asked about their buddies. I distinctly remember Allan Houston backing up Sprewell for an allstar spot. He said Spree deserves to be their and it will be sad if he cannot make it etc. I don't know how to search for quotes from that all star game but if you can, you will see what I am saying. No one got on Allan Houston. Not even me even though I hated his game. There was a reason for that. He is supposed to stick up for his team mates.

As far as him saying the NBA is rigged, a ton of people have said it. Mark Cuban said he counted up to 12,000. Marbury is not the first and wont be the last. Is everyone that suggests the NBA is rigged a stupid person? If so, you will be calling Pat Riely and Mark Cuban stupid as well. Bottom line, people have to stop nit picking about every little thing Marbury says.

If this was the only time Marbury said something that maybe he should've kept to himself, I'd probably agree with you. However, just this season you can probably find over 100 instances where Marbury opened his trap and all that came out was hot air. The dude needs to learn when to take the high road. You can't miss the high road on every opportunity and then expect to keep your credibility. That's all I'm saying.

Marbury has some point, but again, Curry didn't deserve to make it, solely because of his terrible defense, so I'm not sure what the real issue is. I truly see Marbs as spewing hot air right here.
