The Bobcats so far own the season series at 2-1 and it could easily be 3-0.

Somehow though there is evident progress with the Knicks.

Let me ask most of you here....... What team has a brighter future us or them?

We do. We have Dolan & Isiah's visionary leadership. That gives us the edge over the long haul.

They are a more balanced team than the Knicks, especially with Steph, Q, and maybe Curry less than 100%.

They have Okafor, Felton, Morrison, Wallace, and a good payroll. I'd give my left nut to switch rosters with them!

Is there a way for the Mods to merge my thread with Nalod's. We pretty much posted the same thought. Great minds think alike.

The sad thing is, an expansion team has made more progress in wins than Isiah Thomas.

That's really an inapt comparison given that Isiah Thomas inherited a team that was over the cap and an owner that demanded a playoff appearance in his first season.

...and we are in an even bigger hole than before.

That doesn't cure your inapt comparison.

Name one player on that team as good as Lee or Curry or Balkman or Frye?

Houston, Spree, Kurt

Houston was done.

Spree was past his prime.

Hardly a young core to build around.

Kurt maybe.

the comparisons are odd but an owner demanding a playoff birth the first year doesn't necessitate all of the other drab the Knicks have. James Signing, Francis trade. MoT, Jalen Rose.

So you're of the belief that Houston was done when Isiah got here so the excuse that people love to use for his acquisition of Marbury, that he was brought here to pair with Houston, is rendered moot.

I totally agree.

We can't know what information the doctors gave him, but we do know with the benefit of hindsight that Houston was done.

I agree. Isiah has increased the young talent base of this franchise that was in terrible shape when he took over, but he has done it very inefficiently.

The question is, how are the Bobcats losing all of the other games?

They seem talented, deep... what's the problem?
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

They are looking OK when they are playing Knicks.
They are looking bad when they playing GOOD teams
So it is not a problem with them it is a problem with the vision of some fans on this board....

Not true. They've got a LOT of upsets on their record. They've beaten the Lakers twice, the Spurs, the Jazz, Detroit twice and the Cavs.

-- the preceding post was brought to you by the letter K and the number 22.

The consistency is the key. Same as Knicks
But at the end the record will show who is better.
82 games is a good measuring stick.
