That's 8reb in a total of 98min played. That's MUTHA F'N INSANE!

I think at this point Zeke has to start playing more defensive lineups and just tell players if you don't play D, you don't play at all. In his last 8gms he's had 1blk and 3stls. This ish has to come to an end.

Just play Lee 40 minutes and it's much less of a problem.

I'm to the point his scoring means nothing to me. I seriously really could care less about his status and hope he misses some time so that other players on this team can be focused on and developed.

Curry is a terrible rebounder. it's just a sense of wanting to do it. This league is full of players who can do one thing or another but very few who care to be well rounded.
If Curry cared about rebounding, he'd do it.

Curry couldn't outrebound either of the Suns starting guards.

Players that have outrebounded him during these 3gms individually(some left off)

Nash
Payton
Kapono
Tinsley
Dunleavy
Orien Greene

Really, you have to consider the impact that guys like Lee, Q, and Nate have on Curry's rebounding. I am not saying that he is a good rebounder, but when Lee is grabbing 12 a game, and Q is grabbing 6 or 7 a game, and Nate comes in a grabs 3 or 4, there are going to be fewer rebounds for Curry to grab. We are still leading the league in rebounding, so obviously rebounding is not the main problem of this team. There is no doubt that Curry needs to improve as a rebounder, but I don't think it is necessary that he grab 10 rebounds a game on a team with other above-average rebounders. Without Curry's scoring, this team will have a hard time beating anyone.

I agree with the shift to a more defensive unit. IT has focused so much attention of offense, that this team has not learned how to play effective defense for 48 minutes. At least yesterday, IT played Balkman more. I would not mind if Balkman got 30 minutes a game. The kid is a defensive demon. I will live with his rookie mistakes because he makes things happen.

Curry's had this problem long before he started playing with Q and Lee. The problem is that he doesn't box out and just waits for the ball to come to him. The bigger problem is that he has that passive attitude on the entire defensive end of the court.

Bingo. Who knows... minus Curry's defensive lapses, maybe we're a .500 team this year. While his offense has saved us in some games, I can think of as many games that his defense cost us.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

there's only 1 ball guys... someone's going to grab the ball when it comes off the rim... if Curry grabs 11 last night, maybe D Lee only gets 8, or Nate only gets 5... who the hell cares as long as SOMEONE'S getting the ball & keeping the other team from getting it? Curry was dominant in the low post in the 1st half of the game & was the only reason why this team was even in the game at that point... then Jamal took over in the 4th quarter & almost got them back in the game himself... why you guys consistently rag on these guys when they actually contribute & don't say a word about the pisspoor performances of guys like Channing, Nate, Jefferies or Q Rich last night is beyond me.

I am kinda with TMS. As long as I see Curry boxing his man out and/or screening other opponents from getting the ball, I am OK with his numbers. But if he is watching....

I like the notion that we as fans can't be upset at some of these players when they supposedly are doing far more good than bad and the team sits 8gms under .500. The other players on this team IMO are a byproduct of being Curry, Jamal, and Steph's flunkies. These are the leaders of this team and with exception to Steph's couple of defensive games are some of the biggest laibilities on defense, yet they are protected, coddled, praised.... even during poor play. The other guys receive quick hooks in games or pot shots from Zeke.
