I remember last year when Larry Brown was here, every was all hyped up about the future of the Knicks, me included.

It was like we actually had something going for us now. We did somethign RIGHT for a change!


And then everything turned to ****.


Our games aren't televised anymore, I haven't even watched a game in like 2 months, and it's just sad having a 5 year VETERAN slowly develop into what we hope is an All-Star.


I mean call me crazy, but do we even matter anymore?

Ya, ya, I know you watch the games, but I mean, we barely sell out anymore, Isiah's still here, we're gonna be handing over ANOTHER lottery pick to Chicago.


Man...


Well, here's to the brighter side of things.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Does the team matter? Actually no it does not, but really has not been relevant for 6 years.

Basically what happens is we get hyped up over some roster move, or coaching move but its not a purposeful improvement, just hype.

Basically bobs what your experiencing this morning is a "Knick hangover" from a huge "Schtupping" after being raped by false hype designed to bring you in the fold to boast ratings or ticket sales.

This is called: "STARPHUCHING" and your not alone to one day wake up with your anus on fire from being starphuched by MSG into believing the team was going places.

There are days where I really think we are making progress, but the true barometer is the wins and losses. Nothing else really.

Yeah dude, sad as it is, the Knicks are a huge part of my life. The reason they seem not to matter is that the majority of people are fairweather who cant name 8 players on the roster. Those are the people for whom the Knicks dont matter. The true fans are still watching every game, and whether we love them or hate them, the Knicks def matter to all of us.

Its you. Last season I ended up dreading the games under LB. This season I hate off days and wish we had a game every day
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

If you area true fan, they matter. yes, it's been frustrating but I believe in the next year or two, the Knicks will matter to more than just their fans.

I dont even care of those fair-weather fans are watching games. If the garden isnt sold out, thats just closer to the court that I can move to. Seriously, how can someone who hasnt watched a game all season even say theyre a fan anyway?

i actually have more hope for this team than the one i watched last season playing under LB, mostly because of Curry's improvement, D Lee's consistency, & Marbury's improved play & him not crying to the media about not liking the system, etc.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

In all seriousness Isles, you have to admit, Knick basketball was barely watchable the last few years..This team at least entertains you...The games are watchable and with the terrible east they even matter playoff wise...Whats not to like..
