The guy has clearly been our best player since the brawl...His defense is what has impressed me most..The Suns killed the Knicks but Marbs put in some hard work in that game that really made me
have a renewed respect for the efforts he has put forward on both ends of the court...His overall
leadership and point guard play along with defense in the Seattle game was his best of the season..

The Knicks need him to keep going...CHEERS to Marbs!!!

He's so good, someone should give him a cool nickname or something... maybe he should even get his own sneaker.

Someone should declare him the best point guard in the NBA.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

You can crack on Steph all you want, but this team isn't going to the playoffs unless he keeps playing like the way he is now.

Honestly, I don't care if they slip into the playoffs. Irrelevant. I want a good team, not a team that's "threatening" to make the playoffs.

You're asking a lot from a team that can be as bad as 23-59, and please don't even point your finger at helpless old man.

At this point, we better take what we get. If we make the playoffs, we're getting a first round exit. I'll be more than happy to accept that this season.

The last month or so doesn't erase the last 2.5 years in my eyes... he's going to have to bring this team into the playoffs & win a series for me to scrape the slate clean on this guy.

Unfortunately I cant co-sign pro-Marbury sentiment. He is unquestionably, in my eyes, the most talented point guard of his era. Too bad he went out of his way to not fulfill it. Haters can feel free to whine all they want about Marbury.

He's definitely not a bad guy. Actually he is a good guy, certainly no worse than Larry Brown. Its just that he let his ego get the best of him far too often. I also question just how great his sacrifice was to winning in comparison to more self-centered concerns. He still has time to pull it together, but in a league so predicated on athleticism, that window is closing. I'll hope against hope.

Wow; that's a huge statement! He's certainly up there with Baron, Francis, AI, and Wade (and maybe KJ) in terms of raw athleticism, speed, stength, and coordination. I don't know if he's ahead of them in those areas, though.
