in terms of technique, I think it might be harder for a 6'7" guy to throw a 'proper' punch vs. a guy 6'.

anyone remember this fight between Kobe & Reggie Miller? similar situation... Kobe running up the score to show up Reggie & the 2 go at it... pretty much a shoving match but i wonder how much those guys were penalized for that one?

i dont think that Childs punch was actually very good... he diddnt put his body behind it they were all arms..... thats why it diddnt hurt kobe that bad... but it was pretty awesome to watch!!

Is Steve Nash built for this kind of reckless talk? Carmello's punch was actually a solid blow...maybe Nash feels like he could do better. Now some of the other examples cited in this thread I cant defend. Laughing at the image of Van Gundy hooking on to LJ's leg like a child throwing a tantrum at a Walmart.

Melo hit Mardy w/the flat side of his fist, like kids do at the playground... i've seen chicks throw better punches than that fighting each other in the schoolyard back in my HS days.
