Then this game is a should and must win.
No excuses. Let's hope they all bring it.

The hawks have a very talented team. Thats huge. Finally we catch a break
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

If we have to look forward to playing teams without their best guys, we do need to fire everyone.

that probably means the Knicks will loaf more than normal, and Tyrone Lue will go for 30. Hawks win. After the loss Dolan will say its Larry's fault, and Isiah will credid Lue's shooting saying it wasnt the Knicks fault, nobody could have stopped that.

Its just being realitic. Playing the Lakers without Odom or Kobe is a break. Playing the Spurs without Duncan is a break. Even playing us without Curry or qrich is a break but the Hawks have a ton of talent. JJ just usually kills us.

Every team in the NBA has enough talent to upset any other team in the NBA. The Hawks have a ton of talent. We dont

i thought frye was better than josh smith and that was a terrible deal according to 90% of the posters here.....so where is all their talent coming frye

They are starting

Lue
Childress
Smith
Williams
Pacuilia

Maybe? They have no bench, Eddy is apparently Shaq all of a sudden so why can't he dominate someone that doesn't play defense, do they really have someone that is going to drop 30, perhaps Lue because our guards suck! But we are at home they are missing their best player who tourches teh team for 28-35 everytime we play them

We can't beat that team we deserve to be sent down to the NBDL

Ms its funny how you seek to raise expectations and bash the team all at once. Who says zaza doesnt play defense? He actually is a high energy guy. Eddy can play well against him. It wont be because Zaza doesnt defend. It will be because EC is that good. Just like the past 10 centers he has gone against for the most part. EC dominated Ben Wallace. Wallace is a 4 time dpoy.

He didn't dominate ben wallace lets be realistic, Wallace had a nice game in chicago, and some owness has to be taken when people kill the knicks on penetration......

The Knicks have more than enough talent to win games, i am not raising expectations, i think its disgraceful how they always **** the bed and then comeback to fall short instead of giving the effort the entire game, they have talent they just are the dumbest bunch of players in the nba

Well when the 4 time DPOY needs double teams tto hold Curry to 20-24 points a game that says a lot. He had absolutely no problem scoring on Wallace. He actually rarely has. Even before this year and even as a Bull Curry has had his share of good games vs Ben. He is just too big for Ben. You brought up pentration. I'm not talking about team defense or the game results. I'm strictly talking 4 time DPOY Ben Wallace trying to defend Curry one on one. He failed.

no one can guard curry one on one if he simply uses his brain and doesn't knock people over, it helps he is in a little better shape, scoring has never been his problem, his last year in chicago when he took all the pills to get his weight down he was very effective, if he ever can regain that body he will be an excellent defender with a little work.....

The only difference this year is he is working harder because they are making him the first option, he could have done this last year had he been in shape and the offense was designed for him

All I was talking about was Curry scoring since you brought up ZAZA's defense.
You should not state that Curry took pills to lose weight as a fact. Those were just rumors spread by people that had no way of knowing. Both Curry and Grover 100% denied that and its not fair of you to slander a guy like that with absolutely no proof.

i don't see how you can qualify that assumption when Curry himself has admitted to learning alot working w/Mark Aguirre this past offseason on his low post moves & on how to cut down on those offensive fouls where he lowers his shoulder & bowls guys over (as he made a habit of doing in previous years)... that baby jump hook of his has also become an unstoppable shot & he's making it w/regularity now... that's all had a direct effect on why he's been on the floor for extended minutes & why the team has made him the #1 scoring option... had he not shown any improvement (as was the case earlier on in the season), this team would still be running a guard oriented offense.

Fact, dude, trust me on that one I have a friend who played with the Bulls that said that and they said they didn't like playing with curry because he didn't take basketball seriously, and wasn't someone who played for the love of the game just for the money.
