things happen mistakes are made. But dont stand there and scowl at Q. Your the point gaurd, raise your hand and say "my bad".

On the next play you could see him pleading his case to Q on why HE was wrong.. and Q was just like "aight man whatever lets just play".

This is Marburys biggest problem. Not the turnover, but the way he handled it

you make a mistake in sports, especially late in a game, you say, "my bad," your teammates say "shake it off/get it back/etc" and you play on.

most of this did go on in a stoppage of play, so marb's reputation is probably feeding perceptions, but it still looked bad.

Rule number one of passing....................... YOU NEVER THROW THE BALL TO SOMEBODY WHO ISN"T LOOKING. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!! A freaking point guard should know this.

according to clyde, the number one (or at least a very high) rule is never leave your feet to pass. but that's not something steph or steve pay much attention to either.

The worst part was the critical timing. You just cant turn the ball over in those moments on that kind of play. The crowd on its feet. Momentum in our favor. A make or break possesion for the game.
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

I can't Name a "supeStar" or "Franchise" THat doesn't pull that game out. 312 to go and your team has cut a 30 point lead to 5 points. WHo doesn't put that game on there back???? WHO!!!!!!!!

He's killing the chemistry, he doesn't pick the team up in the littlest. WHAT IS HE GOOD FOR!!!!!!!

shouldn't Marbury know what to do w/the ball w/o having Isiah shout out instructions to him in that spot to begin with? it's like he was completely clueless of what to do in that instance... i can't believe this guy's been in the NBA for 11 years & still doesn't know what to do w/the ball in crunchtime.

Exactly. I don't mind the Marbury turnover. I mean it sucked and possibly cost us the game, but it was mostly a miscommunication. The fact he stands there and glares at Q... Even if it was entirely Q's fault (which it wasn't) and Q made the boneheaded play (which he didn't) you shake it off, clap your hands or something and get back and encourage the team to play tight D and get it back.

how can you not mind that turnover? what if it happened during a playoff game? would you mind it then? the mere fact that he's so clueless that he can't make a simple pass to a teammate during the biggest moment in the game is a reason for him to be let go, regardless how important that game was last night... he needs to be GONE...

I hate him as much as the next guy (probably more) but the fact is mistakes are made. It was a simple mistake. What happened if Lee turned the ball over like that? Q? Nobody would be calling for his head. Bad play, you learn from it and move on.

i'd be saying D Lee made a boneheaded turnover in crunchtime... sorry, but you just can't make that pass in that moment... it killed all the momentum.

Right, boneheaded turnover. Not "he's so clueless that he can't make a simple pass to a teammate during the biggest moment in the game is a reason for him to be let go." Like I said, I want Marbury out of here ASAP, but that turnover itself doesn't impact my feelings too much one way or another.
