The boy was 4-6 from down town and 10 dimes and scored 25 pts in 39 min

So far Frank Williams is avg 19 pts 5.2 assist a game while shooting 45% fg and 45% from 3pt, also shooting 87% from ft line. In 7gm he has 22 3pters

We can get rid of the high priced garbage in our backcourt and keep mardy and Nate and bring back frank williams a pass 1st pg who defends.

Collins and Williams both pass 1st pg's and Nate Robinson could be the tempo changer.

Holla at ya boy

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

if we could be rid of francis and marbury, I would love a Mardy/Frank Williams back court.

Hopefully, Frank will get back to the NBA- He was the only one that didn't lay down like a wuss when the nets ran over us.

You're right Franco...he's also from the West Side of Chicago and grew up fighting for everything in life.

How did zeke miss that one ?

No more guards until IT or our next GM sends Francis/Marbury packing.

What is the Frank Williams obsession. He was not very good 3 years ago. Why would he be better now?
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

I like Frankie as a defensive backup PG, but I actually think we should stick our commitment to Mardy Collins. For better or worse, he has Frank Williams role, and I think he deserves a chance.

What we really need is to get that starting PG. We don't have one.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

He had some tragic stuff happen to him all at one time , something like Q Richardson had happen.

In Franks case he had some type of injury while on the knicks and then Stephon comes and Isiah gives the franchise to him.

Now around the same time Frank's mother passes away and he had to take care of his family.

In the mean time he got traded away got out of shape and got cut.

Now he's making a comeback in the NBDL and his stats THERE are showing some of the same things he did in college...DOMINATE games.

I personaly believe he has his hunger back and will eventually be back in the NBA this yr.

Q established himself as a serious player in this league way before he had to deal with everything last year. Williams had some good games. Big difference.

Good for him if he comes back, but there is really no reason to go after him, especially with our current situation. If he had it bad when Steph came, its not gonna be much better with Marbury + Francis.

Has anyone actually seen Frank play lately? Just curious to whether he did drop the weight everyone was complaining about in Chicago. Outside of numbers, does he look conditioned?

Right before we got Marbury, he was put into the starting lineup and we went on like a 4 game winning streak. I was sold on him. Go Frank!

agreed... the team was finally showing good continuity & chemistry... i have no idea why Isiah decided to bring in Tim Thomas of all people, someone widely known as a lazy underachiever on the teams he's played on.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Good old Frankie.

He was the embodiment of a 90s Knicks player.

Really wish it had worked out with him. I'd love to bring him back and ship off some of our guards. Of course, I'd like to ship off some of our guards either way.

Tim Thomas...

I liked the Suns as a team until they aquired Thomas..then I started actively rooting against the Suns

Same deal with the Clippers even though they had Knickiller: Sam I Am on the team. At least I can respect Sam's gigantic juevos.

Isiah seems to believe he can take players with talent and bad reputations and turn them around. Maybe since he grew up in a rough neighborhood he feels he can relate to them.

One thing's for sure. When you're getting your a$s handed to you on a plate [with garnish!] night after night it doesn't matter how much you have in common with players, a mutiny is a-brewin'
