Seriously we have to consider packaging guys especially the older guys and taking on exprings, even it it means trading a little youth in the process...

Minny does it to get Steph with KG let Foye shift to 2 guard. Ricky has been a HUGE disappointment this year, IMO.
Memphis does it so it can keep Pau at PF- a position he is better suited for. Gets Francis who can be a pretty good PG when he is option 1 or 2, which he would be in Memphis.
Knicks do it to get expirings, and youth (Davis is 26 and can play the 2 and 3), opens up the C spot for Frye and the PF spot for Lee.
