Are you ready for a new regime or do you prefer to stay the course with Isiah?

want him gone.

i'm willing to give isiah the coach the rest of the season to redeem himself, but i don't want any (more) panic moves from isiah the GM.

he's had his due.

What sucks is I would feel pretty good about him rebuilding this team THROUGH the draft. Had his agenda been to do so I think we would have been pretty good. Instead he just made all these dumb moves and got far far away from his one and only strength; evaluating the draft.

I dont know who's out there. Ex players dont impress me per say. Get a guy who's a proven draft expert and talent evaluator and tell him he's got to be under the cap by the time Franbury comes off the books and I think we are OK

I wanted him to stay up till a month ago but his transparent media manipulations and ego make me open for a change as well. If he has a winning season he stays. If he has a losing season he goes.

If come April, we're not talking about who we're facing in the first round, YES.

No Playoffs. No Zeke.

i wouldn't mind keeping him as the head coach if Dolan were to hire someone like Jerry West to rebuild the team... Isiah's input on young talent would be fine w/me since that's not an area i have a problem w/him about... the only thing is Marbury MUST go... & if that's not going to happen w/Isiah coaching this team, then he needs to go too.

Nope.

As a GM..he is ok. The only move I question was the trade for Francis.

as a Coach..the jury is still out as far as I am concerned...

I'd like him escorted out Chaney-style with mild taser action and maybe a few rotwilers chasing him

GM-Good god yes, get him out of here.

What I had said a long time ago is that I would love to keep him around as a head scout, but I don't see Isiah's pride letting him voluntarily step down like that.

As a coach, I'd want to see him finish the season then decide.

But anyways, since I don't see any negotiation with positions...just get him out of here.

Unless we are in line to hire a good coach from an established college basketball program. I am not interested in getting rid of Isiah to hire another NBA coach who will suck for us anyway... Also, I am afraid of getting stuck with someone in the Layden mold. For all his deficiencies the last couple of years, he is nowhere near the utter incompetence that Layden was.

Keep him! We have had too much change and we really do have some decent players on the Roster. They haven't all hit stride yet, but it's so early, how do we know they won't come together? We can't make any kind of decision on his work here until the end of this season.

I've been happy with Q, Lee, Nate, Balkman and even Collins. I still think Frye can be a productive player. Jamal has had his moments and I still think he's a useful player. Now the questionable moves are Steph, Francis and Curry. Of those 3 we've seen some good and some bad so far, but nothing definitive yet. I want to see this team for an entire season and see how they develop and jell together. If we're not in the race for a playoff spot then we can talk about bringing in someone new.

FI-RE DO-LAN!
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

That brings up a good point. Should Isiah deserve any thing better than the way he has treated coachs before him?
