How come Nets lose RJ for 2 months--they dont btch about it

or use excuses, they go out there and win? RJ is better than any current knick--i know some people make Jared jefferies out to be lebron james , but imagine if we lost a caliber of player like that? It's part of the nba and you have to deal with it, like the old knicks use to--players *step up* instead of making excuses.

we did. We lost H20 forever. Not for a couple of games, but forever. Its a big part of the reason we are this bad, if H20 were around even at 34-35 right now, it would be a world of difference.

We also lost Steve Francis and JJ (Lebron). So what is your point?

Its culture and Isiah has done a great job of constructing it. You would think with he could come up with some better offensive players or utlize the guards ability to get to the rim, or perhaps get channing goin with pick and rolls as opposed to pick and pops, or start david lee instead.

We are a franchise of excuses. Bip has been preaching about this cultural change for 6 years now. It's nice to see people hopping on board. It's always the coach's fault. It's always injuries. It's never the players on teh court.

Bring in players that do not need to be coddled. I want players that will fight!!!!

The nets are not crying because RJ and vince are redundant anyway.. Vince and kidd can carry that team, they could certaintly carry our team if we had them.....

How are RJ and Vince redundant? Because they are both athletic stars? RJ is a better finisher while Vince is probably a better iso/perimeter threat.

I still don't know how anyone really can say how much NJ is or isn't saying about RJ. It's not like he's been gone for a the whole season so far. NJ has only played 5 games and a VERY lite schedule. You can't even begin to compare what we've had to go thru to them. PLUS they were already a better team to begin with. This is just more SELF HATE from Knick fans who LOVE to HATE on their own team. Why not spend more energy looking at the positives and what we can possibly do to get better like GOOD FANS DO!

We just got finished playing 5 road games and 2 against the team many think will be in the finals, SA. So far we haven't really had anything go right, but there's been some good signs. Q is playing great, Lee as well. We've seen the team at least fight to get back in games and not just laydown. Nate has looked good. Balkman and Collins have had some good minutes and look like the kind of defenders we can depend on in the future. GEEZ tho we've had some losses, there are some good things to talk about as well.

man, get over yourself. Jeffries is not redundant since he is considered a defensive player, something we never had at the SF position with his size. Francis and James? who is complaining about them being out as a reason for our woes? Carter and Jefferson are pretty much the same player and both are really good players, the nets losing one is not goint to hurt as much since vince is already a allstar caliber player doing the same things jefferson is..... What the hell are you talking about?

they are redundant, both play a very similar game, very similar they do the same things on the court for the nets..... and jefferson the better finisher?? LOL... I know you really don't mean that... Have you seen vince's highlight reels? he is as good a finisher there is in this league....
