I think Nate Deserves it.

Wouldent even mind seeing Mardy start at the 1 and Steph go to the 2...

Jamal should stay his ass on the bench tho...

If Isiah puts crawford in the starting lineup he should be fired!

I think this team will benefit from his injury with this starting lineup although Isiah doesn't know what he is doing so we will continue to suck

Marbury/Mardy
Nate/Crawford
Q/Balkman
Lee/Malik
Curry/Frye

It may benefit to interchange the pf position against more physical players. I would even rather have malik bang with the opposing teams center some night to keep the bigs out of foul trouble.

But unit one has enough scoring and is much better on defense with nate/lee

1st unit:
C - Curry
F - Lee
F - Q Rich
G - Craw (works well w/Curry)
G - Marbury


2nd unit:

C - Frye
F - Malik
F - Balkman
G - Francis
G - Nate

Collins is the odd man out unfortunately for now... we have to get the trade value of Francis or Marbury up by showcasing them... u can also feature Frye at the 5 off the bench.

Nobody replaces him. We just don't have to run with 2-3 PGs at a time. As for who starts, I hope we move Lee to the starting lineup at SF and shift Q over to the 2 to start the game.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

that's the other idea i was mulling over... what about Malik starting at the 3, w/Lee starting at the 4 & Q at the 2? u can then feature Francis & Frye off the bench w/the 2nd unit against weaker opposing players.

We're screwed regardless of who we have guarding those guys, unless you want to start Cato, Malik, Q, Balkman, Collins. That may be our best defensive rotation. :P

Curry
Lee
Quentin
Nate
Marbury

Craw, Frye, Mardy and Balkman the guys off the bench. This is assuming Francis is hurt.

Isiah will try to get Crawford going by inserting him in the starting line-up.
Also he needs to start Lee over Frye.

1st Unit

Pg: Marbury
Sg; Crawford
Sf: Q-Rich
Pf: Lee
C: Curry

2nd Unit

Pg: Collins (Francis)
Sg: Nate
Sf: Balkman (Jefferies)
Pf: M. Rose
C: Frye

The Knicks should run this line-up (at least until Jefferies & Francis get back) and I could almost guarantee that they'll start winning games. It's all about chemistry and I truly believe that the new starters will show something where we don't have to try to come back everytime.
