I'm ebbs and flows. I go a few days without, or a few weeks even then I'm all over it. Depends on how motivated I am or how busy it is w/ projects deadlines.

I just did the math.. in 4 years plus here I've posted an average of 5.46 times a day. It actually seems like more, but offseason slowness and days off here and there kill my average. I'm no Bonn

Spend atleast 50% of my time on ultimate after wins and about 30% after a loss.

This forum helps me get through the work day. I don't have a desk job but I got the crackberry. Good way to just blend in and not get caught up in the stress of the day.

I try to check the forum at least 3 times a day to find out what is going on with the team and participate when I can in the debates. This is a good way to relieve stress during the day. I cannot wait until the season starts.

I definitely spend more time here than I should. Although I don't know how to qualify that. My girl definitely shows some concern occassionally -- so I guess that's one way to judge.
