that Q attitude has changed and he is one of the best teammates in camp this year. Jamal is playing very well and Jefferies couldnt score in a whorehouse with a handful of money.

I didn't think that Q had a bad attitude last year. I'm more concerned with whether he's playing better or not. I really didn't think Jared was here for his scoring anyway, so it's not too surprising if he's not lighting it up. I actually expect Jamal to be good, so it's good to hear.

Look at JJ2 NBA hotzone stats from last year and you won't be surprised that he can't score.

Great to hear that the Jamal of last year showed up again this year, good news for us fans!

Being that I was calling for Jeffries to be brought in here since summer of 2005.. I know that Jeffries was brought here for defense but I honestly think his scoring is going to be ok. Obviously Jared is not a shooter nor a consistent scoring threat, but I think he's going to get alot of his points just based on the amount he moves around. Jared will get some tip-ins, some dunks and some alley-oops here and there and the occasional jumper, just don't expect him to be knocking down jumper after jumper.

Good to see Q's attitude is changed, King1 makes mention that it has changed which leads me to believe that there is alot of stuff we didn't hear about last year between Q and the rest of the guys, maybe between that and the death of his brother were bigger factors which led to his poor-play than we know.

Q had one of the worst attitudes last year and was not liked by his teammates.

This team needs chemistry with all the attitudes last year, this team needs to come together. So far in camp they have but nothing bad has happened yet

I said when we signed him that Jefferies is a borderline liability on offense. Not a particularly good finsher, not a shooter and not a guy who converts when he gets tot he free throw line.

As long as Jefferies isn't a total liability at the line this season, I have no problem. If we have Steph, Crawford, Frye, and Curry on the floor with him, how many shots do you really want him to take?

The money he is making if he cant score at all that means it is harder for CF, and EC not to get double teamed. he better be a lock down defender, rebound his ass off and make everyone better.

It's not that you want him to take a lot of shots, its that teams will double off of him and force the action to him. See Anderson, Shandon.

I'd like a little more info on why the team didn't like Q. That sounds a little weird, but I can see it. Steph bought the rooks suits- obviously he had a HUGE influence on Nate- and Steph is a charasmatic guy when he wants to be.

And then Q wanted to beat Steph's ass(my money is on Q)....Q was also a Brown supporter where as 90% of the team wasn't...

My guess is that Q just didn't want to be part of this mess. He was coming from the Suns: a competitive squad with great management, chemistry and leadership. Two trades in two years was tiring enough, but then he comes here, which was like a funeral atmosphere in itself, never mind while having to recover from his family tragedy. He probably wanted nothing more than to be involved in something meaningful, and instead found himself in this romper room with teammates against their coach, their coach and GM against each other, the media against them all, and Anucha seeking revenge.

FWIW, a realGM insider's report had Q and Crawford (probably because he wasn't starting) wanting trades at least as early as December.

So I don't imagine Q's problems were unique to him. I think for most veterans like himself, AD, Mo, Malik, Jalen, Francis, etc, who's roles and futures here are uncertain, were wondering how the hell they landed in this mess.

Jefferies and James back to back. 70mm $ for both and people ask why I'm down on this boatload of crp?

King 1 you still have a lot of excitement this year with Florida-Knicks have no chance for Noah who also will be new form of KG

this curry trade will set back franchise another 5-7 years. we got hosed, paxson ate him up and spit him out. i really dont know what to say here were screwe d
