That's King roster is very good, especially at the 1,2 & 3. Salmons should thrive with all those shooters.

Garcia? What about Kevin Martin? Kevin Martin was great last year. Kevin, Garcia, and salmons...the players that play the same and play the same positions too! Why sign salmons? Cuz you let wells walk? I don't get it.

Well does this mean woods price has just risen? Woods is gonna want the full mid-level. Someone might give it to him. If we think woods is good I'm sure woods has plenty of suitors.

I think Martin's penciled in as the starter at 2.

and I don't think this means anything for Woods price. Salmons has gotten PT 2 + years. Woods was just pulled off the scrap pile mid-season.

Wonder where Bonzi goes... Does Detroit have their mid-level available? What teams have their mid-level available and need a guard? San-Antone spent theirs... Dallas?

nuggets would seem like a good fit for bonzi, minnesota if they wanna play foye at the 1 and bring mike james off the bench, maybe the clips/lakers.

Am I the only one that the things the full MLE for John Salmons is preposterous? besides that one 30 point game he had against us in preseason, he hasnt done anything special all season. am I missing something here?

Would love to get our hands on Francisco Garcia. He plays defense, he can shoot the 3ball and he's a good slasher, would love to pick him up. The Kings signing of Salmons does make you wonder if he's available. If he is, he'd fill the need at the 2.

totally agreed, if Thomas would have made that move. All his critics would be screaming. Salmons obviously knew that he had a deal with the Kings. So he and his agent made a great move.

If Martin is penciled at the 2 then why sign a guy 5 years for 30 mill? I like Kevin Martin a lot. Salmons is not playing over artest and artest is not sliding over to the 4 so why the heck did they sign salmons? They should have just let wells walk and sign nobody.

I would be annoyed if I was a king fan. I'm annoyed now, lol.

I'd say for depth. It happens. they overpaid but they were bidding aginst t-dot.

Garcia is the same player which is why I wonder if he is available. He struggled in the SL's. maybe he is not seeing eye to eye with Musselman.

No you are not alone in that thinking. Salmons is not a good sinning at all. Very overrated player. He should have got a 5 year 15 million offer only for what he bring to the game.

kings probably like him because he can play the 1 2 and 3, and they are a little thin there if they lose bonzi. he's versatile, young, and has shown potential, so I think that's why the kings took the gamble on him. they might have overpaid, but you never know, he could pull a boris diaw-like improvement.
