You see small animals kill much larger ones on nonfiction science shows often. The smaller ones use their speed and strength more efficiently. The bigger ones aren't able to get one hit on or bite into the quick little ones. I'm not sure who would win but it's an interesting summer topic.

In real life, MOST small animals who go after larger prey hunt in packs or pods or prides or schools, like lions, wolves, hyeneas and killer whales (Which to me, are the greatest predators on the planet.) Very few times will a single small animal go after a large on though unless it's totally cripled.
Nate could have his way, but like 4949 said, once Shaq finally grabs hold of him, it's the beginning of the end for Nate.
Not that I wouldn't root like hell for the little bastard though.
