Larry - cuz I believe that Isiah was on the verge of starting to build a nice young team around Steph and these players will be the future of our team for a good while. Steph may not be the greatest winner but he can play if allowed to do his thing, he can help us win. More important tho is the continued development of your young players and on that note Larry hurt the team. At least Steph tries to win games. I'm not sure that Larry was always doing that last year.

I say his worst move was that he traded Nazr for garbage. I would do Larry again or Marbury again but not together.

Larry was bad but 1 year in and out and it's done. Marbury's imprint may last for years. Same with Curry deal. I think that may turn out to be the worst. JJ is just too funny of a guy to be ranked in the worst category.

Mo Taylor trade and Curry trade is a tie in my book.

We got Lee and Mardy Collins for Nazr.

Curry trade is defintely the worst as far as sheer magnitude of overpaying.

Larry Brown was worse by a margin of 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles.

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

As much as I think that Larry acted in bad faith and shouldn't be paid, I opt for the Marbury trade, IF Isiah would have pursued a course that would have gotten the Knicks under the cap instead.

looking back, larry ended up as a terrible move because of how terribly he fit in and managed the team here, and how management reacted to him (i.e. making panic trades).

however, at the time of each move, I hated the curry and francis trades a lot more. don't they at least deserve honorable mention?

the curry move is debateable at best until tyrus thomas scores 20 points in a game.

the curry trade is not debateable at all chicago is in the money and will be next year again with a nice pick in one of the deepest drafts possible.....a combination of #2 and sweetney is more productive than curry....

The Marbury trade at the time was great, it was something both Marbury and the Knicks needed to take a chance on. One would think that Marbury coming back home would get him to stop being a me-first player and realize that personal stats win you no playoff games but that never happened.

Larry Brown set the Knicks back one year. Stephon Marbury has set the Knicks back 5+ years.
