If he believed it to be true, then it was, and we got who we needed. The player you guys wanted him to get, the huskie, while he's cool and all, unless we trade 2 of our high priced point guards, he's bench fodder...do we need more bench fodder?
Well didnt Isiah say point blank that he wouldnt comprimise the Knicks future with this draft for short term needs? Since we are REBUILDING and we pretty much have the froncourt in place wouldnt you want a pass first pressure tested PG to feed the ball to those guys? Go read ESPN, Yahoo, CNN-SI, NBAdraft.net, draftexpress, etc.
The ALL had MW in the lottery and rated in the top 2 PGs prospects
