I'm sure its been said before, but can anyone possibly root for this team again, here we are on draft night with a lottery talent there for the tacking (as well as Lowry who is an unreal defender), and as bad as things are that pick would have cured many of Isiah ills for a long time. Adding a solid pg to go with Frye and Lee and at giving you value to make a move is why you make the pick......

But, this ******* like he always does smiles and lies and pretends people wanted the guy......its not that hard to be a gm. Your rival is right behind you so you take the best player off the board so they don't get him. But Jay-Z owns the Nets Lebron loves J, and now jefferson, kristic and marcus williams are a nice core when and if thorn decides to move vince or jason.......look out....

Makes me sick to watch Isiah smiling and acting like be done good....

Whose still in this teams corner?

Bingo.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

The Nets had a great draft, no doubt about it - however no matter how bad the Knicks get, I will still support them. I believe we have reached the franchises lowest point in history and we can only go up from here.

Hate to say it, but the Bulls look like a good team too. I'm sick of this organization not caring for the fans. All they do is give this "we don't care what anyone else thinks" attitude. It all starts at the top with Dolan.

Nets are deserving of our respect the way they run their team and make personel moves.

Being a knick fan is a suffering task, but is it possible to mutually like both NY teams?

Just for the record we made the Jalen Rose deal to get the 20th pick to draft a second rounder, and if we let the expiring contracts go we would been in alright shape.....but

Considering people were selling picks left and right and trying to move picks......

And the Bulls are now going to be better than the Knicks for the next 10 years, add the magic and the raptors to that list.......and we help the Nets out.....

I hate this ****ing organization

I'm a Knick fan for life, bleeding orange & blue. Bandwagon fans are the bottom of the barrel for me. Growing up with Ewing's Knicks, there is no other team to root for in the NBA. Only hope is that we can succeed despite the wacky adventures of Chucky & Zeke.

You have to give isiah the summer before throwing in the towel. I think we still have a couple things to address. We need a shotblocking big man to back up Curry and Frye. We need another defensive minded wing player incase Balkman isn't ready to be an impact player. And we need a wing player who can shoot and stretch the defense. Hopefully isiah can accomplish this. I think we need to look at dealing with seattle. I read that ray allen could be on the block. How bout trading crawford, rose, and robinson for allen, fortson, and moore? Then try to find a home for francis and get an athletic wing player in return. These are the types of moves that will make us a playoff team again.

the nets have a smart gm, they make value picks. Marcus williams is a hell of a value at 21 and Josh boone at 22 is value, blue chip players, from a winning program, great coach and these guys are proven players vs top talent in the country. Marcus williams to me, was a top 10 player in this draft, one can argue that he could of been a top 5 pick had the Hawks had any got damn brains. The knicks passed on him, because IT has a love affair and is tied to marbury, what a got damn fool. We need a PG, marcus williams is a player, a ball mover, a passer, a scorer, a leader on the floor, he has guts. Josh boone is a hard player, smart, a blue chip talent, and the nets stole both of them. While we get balkman, and mardy collins, I mean WTF? WTF? Yea, we need defenders and hard workers, but we could of signed these guys as free agents. The NBA is all about getting value, we didn't get value.....

Exactly. When you go out and spend $50 on dinner, you don't expect to have bought only a cheeseburger.

Oh, LI. That's about $30 for a burger, depending if you are in Nassau or Suffolk county! (Of course the Hamptons are screwing the average.)

killa your a piece of **** dude, if your calling people the scum of the earth because they can't fathom how our idiot gm passed great talent, your one of the reason why owners can get away with whats taken place....obviously no one is switching ships but its really frustrating when most people could do a better job running an NBA team then our braintrust

20: Marcus Williams, Lowry, Brown

29: Alexander Johnson

You have pieces you can package for fan appeal: Crawford and Nate and expiring deals.....

But since your on board with someone that brought in Francis, Marbury and James three players that no one will take.....

Eastern Conference teams Isiah has made better than the Knicks: Magic, Raptors, Bulls

I guess we are scum, since we question how a franchise like the Nets has been better than us for the last five years and will continue to be, while we suck
