well hes a guy who has a lot of $ coming to him who we really could use--perhaps pawning him for Francis or Marbury would benefit both teams?

An Iverson/Marbury backcourt? I can't see Philly desiring that combo unless Isiah becomes their GM!
I don't blame Dalembert, though. He's such a good impact player on defense but doesn't get rewarded with PT.

codeunknown once spoke about making such a trade, I really hope we can do it, becuase Sammy is the kind of PF that curry needs next to him to be effective.

A Sam and Curry frontcourt would bury LB.

basketball IQ = near nil.

Would trade Curry for Sam. Sam's defensive instincts are already prevelant. Can coach the offensive stuff.

Will Curry ever play more than 20 mins a game. He is still out of shape. Also Dalembert is unhappy now, what after taking the 76ers 60 million? Is that really a guy you want on your team. We kill all these guys about not having heart and then we get someone like that

dalembert would be a perfect fit for this team. he plays hard on defense and is a great shotblocker and good rebounder. he is exactly the type of player i want here, give me a combo of dalembert/frye over curry/frye any day.

Would you trade Steph or Francis for him?

Now if we can only get Iguodala in the package....

I'd love to acquire Dalembert, but place Curry where?

C - Curry / Butler
PF - Dalembert / Frye / Malik
SF - Rose / Woods / Lee
SG - Q Rich / Craw
PG - Marbury or Francis / Nate
IR - Big Turd

TMS I actually thought about that...Curry at PF and Sammy at center, but then what about Frye?

I would do a Francis or Marbury and even maybe a young for Sammy and Iggy and some crap and maybe a future pick.

Frye can get minutes being the 1st bigman off the bench... the guy it would effect the most is David Lee, cuz he wouldn't see hardly any playing time at all in this scenario as long as Malik Rose is in LB's favor.

i don't see Philly trading Dalembert to get either Francis or Marbury, much less include Iguodala in the deal... they already have a much better scoring HOF PG in Iverson... the only deal i can picture them being interested in is the Mo T & 2 picks for Dalembert deal, since that would give them cap space & 2 1st round picks in exchange for a disgruntled player... neither Francis or Marbury offers them much of anything other than adding a player who needs to dominate the ball to be successful to a team who already has a player who needs to dominate the ball to be successful.

They have no 2 guard, IMO and Iverson liked playing there. Grab Marbury or Francis and they can have a triumverate of Iverson, Marbury or Francis and Webber. Put Hunter in the middle and at SF play Korver.
