to get paid that much money--its a spit in the face to every fan--- atleast give 110% no matter the problem.

the atmosphere that isiah has created is one of weakness--one where no one is held accountable--one where excuses and lies are the common theme to their story

its just so sad to see the knicks like this

they need to pass out barf bags at MSG for the next game

this team is sickening to watch... i had more pride watching the teams of Scott Layden's era for crying out loud... how sad is that?

on another note, Nate Robinson is probably the worst decision maker in the NBA... please Larry, take the ball out of his hands... i love the kid's moxy, energy & hustle, but the way he plays out of control is beyond ridiculous... didn't anyone ever teach him how to play the game?

dude, they're playing AT DALLAS. Dallas beat the Heat by 40 in Dallas last week.

sorry, i dont like the effort level--i thinkt the effort level in many of these games is pirse poor. forget the w-l--effort is not there they quit----
who cares if this is dallas--we get ripped by atlanta toronto--they just line us up i mean my man we will be 14-37 after this game time to smell the roses we sck and we have no heart. thats the bottom line cause stone cold said so

the effort level sucks, but are you gonna deny we're short-handed. Injuries aren't an excuse for the elite teams, but for middle of the pack teams they determine the season.

You think Houston would be 20-30 with Yao and Tmac playing every game? I seem to recall you said they'd be the best team in the NBA this year.

crys we dont have yao's and Tmac type players. thats a different story thats their whole team. t mac looks like his back is still hurting him. realistcally when you have gs paid in the 8mm $ range--you would expect 8mm $ worth of play--which would offset injury

it doesnt matter anyway-we are bad.

This team rocks. It's gonna be that bad team that we talk about for years to come. In a few seasons we'll be referring to poor games as "2006 bad".

chris paul is better than marbury
What's Chris Paul doing this year that Marbury didn't do his first year on the Knicks? Paul has a better team than Marbury. David West is better than any teammate Marbury has. Speedy Claxton is better than any gaurd we have. Desmond Mason is better than any SG/SF we have. Chris Anderson is a druggie who has missed half the season but he's still blocked and altered more shots than any Knick! Paul's awesome and may some day be better than Marbury but his team has a better record now because he has better teammates.

I still say Marbury is one of the top 5 PGs in the game. Is Nash better? Sure. Is Arenas better? I don't know, he's a bigger scorer, but to my mind a lesser PG. Is Billups better? Hard to say how well he'd do off that stacked Pistons roster. I don't know if Paul is better, I would have loved to see Marbs vs Paul, but Marbs missed both games.

Yes, I absolutely agree this team has a ton of overpaid players that suck: Malik, MoT, Jerome, Crawford... but a lot of the cap is taken up by guys who aren't here: Houston, Penny, JYD, Shandon. Obv that's Zeke's fault (well, not Houston), but I think there is some young talent here that relies on a guy like Marbury to break down the D and set up easy baskets.

How many guys do we have who can break down a D with Marbury out? Zero. You can say that's Zeke's fault, but how many does Houston have without Tmac? none. It's tough to find guys in the NBA who can consistently break down a defense.

Obv this season is a disaster, but I don't think it would be Defcon 5 if Marbs didn't go down.

all by himself too i'm guessing. his 3.8pts and 4.1 rebs really made a difference.
