I read it. This is going to be interesting. It appears that something was going on, but its hard to tell what. If everything she is saying is true, the entire MSG entity is run by a bunch of idiots. If steve Mills ignored her this many times, after that many meetings, it looks really bad. Is there proof of any of these things though? She said she sent an email, and email is a permanent record, but why didn't she send an email each time? I certainly would have. We'll see.

Please God, let this go to trial.

If there's one email then hopefully she was smart enough to have other records of the harrassment. Maybe even taped conversations.

Yikes. A lot of bad news. My one question is, why did she let this go on for over a year before finally hiring a lawyer? If she really felt threatened, wouldn't she have acted a little sooner?

Don't want to put any words to Sanders mouth, but hiring a lawyer at any time if your career for harassment is a HUGE step in which I think most executives try to avoid if at all possible. This will change the type of career she will have forever (companies will avoid her at all costs whether she is right or wrong on this one). Better question to me is why didn't she seek out other - better - employment when she could see the light? Maybe it was a question of moving family, etc.

Yeah. It's hard to truly see what she was thinking. I can see her point of view for waiting so long. She did find her "dream job" and probably wanted to avoid a lawsuit until things got to this point.

probably b/c she loved the knicks and working for them. it's a tough predicament...i mean how much can you take if you love where you work?

Yeah she doesn't seem to be a dumb person. I'd be really curious to see what kind of evidence she has. If they happened over a year and there were that many occurances, I'm thinking there was some kind of trail.

If nothing else I can totally see Isiah being that arrogant, vengeful, obnoxious and spiteful where everything that happened before it allegedly became sexual is not hard to believe.

most smart executives actually keep a diary of their own day-to-day decisions, etc (or at least I think they should/would). I would not be surprised if she has not, especially in light of the harassment. Whether or not she can PROVE sexual harassment is another thing; that's VERY hard.

I'll bet yoiu right now there is a tremendous amount of scurrying around at MSG on both sides trying to get other people secured as witnesses. A lot of attention is paid in these situations to corroborating or refuting witnesses. Over the course of a couple of years, that's likely to be a lot of people.
