I expect the same $hit from LB tonite.
Steph, Q, AD, Rose, JJ.

We go down by double digits and then the better players come in. Lee gets to rot again.

yea.. seeing is believing. Everytime you see a line up that shows some promise it changes.

There were a few games where Nate and Marbury started together and looked good. Than Nate and Crawford we together and looked good. Then is Marbury and Q who have never looked good together.

Since JJ is a total waste of space and our veterans arent much better I would give
Marbury
Nate
Ariza
Lee
Frye
a run for 10 games. If Curry is healthy start him and Lee is the first big off the bench.

At least those guys hustle

It's the same crap, different small foward who can't score much. We need another ball handler in there and we need a shooter or scorer. It has to be Frye or Crawford or both. Curry has proven that he's unreliable. Antonio plays his heart out but he's 98. Same with Rose but he's no taller than Nate. We desperately need Craw and Frye to be ready to start b/c when they start getting more consistent, they are the guys that will make this team GOOD. Curry is nowhere near ready. Lee isn't quite ready, in Browns eyes, obviously.

logic dictates crawford starts over Q. but it's not happening.

lb is doing something. i have no clue what it is but he's doing some kind of mindf ck on everyone. is isiah in cahoots? and at the end of the day, will the plan make sense or more importantly, be successful?

There is no mind f ck going on. LB is teaching Craw leadership. He is teaching him to lead the young guys off the bench. I like the plan.

Scoring isnt the reason this team isnt winning guarding people and shutting people down. This team doesnt play hard that is why they get beat every game. Qrich has to be starting because they want to trade him. I would start AD every game because he has earned it and plays hard and is a leader. Things will be changing in the near future it has to

dj I hope your right. Its hard to believe a guy with 30 winning seasons in 33 years of coaching got this retarded overnight.

Fish get out from the fray. Don't join the hysteria. Don't be destroyed by the losses. LB could care less(well not entirely true). But his goal is to win a title evenutally, not maximize the production of this group. Most of these guys won't be here 4 years from now. His job is to find "his guys" and develop them. Unfortunately it's hard to see unless you are in his mind.

There is a reason Jamal is with the second unit. As his defense and leadership improves he will get bumped up if Q continues to flounder. But with the amount of bad habits he has you can't just give it to him so that you can salvage some extra wins. sure it may help us today, but 3 years from now Jamal's bad habits will still be there because he was never forced to get rid of him. It will be the same nonsense coach's did for him and the rest of our guys for the past 20 years. That is why they have no fundamentals. LB knows what he is doing.

#2 if we are going to win down the stretch at all we are unfortunately going to have to rely on Q (no back) Richardson. The way we are structured WE NEED HIM TO PERFORM. If he is healthy you have to play him and hope he gets his game back on track. Relegating him to pine time doesn't help

I posted a picture from the pre-season that I took. I will post it again tonight. It had Jamal on the floor in a circle surrounding David, Channing, Nate and Trevor. He was leading the huddle and talking to four guys that were intent listening to him. I said that day that LB will purposefully team Jamal with these guys to help teach him to become true leader. This is what he is doing right now!!!!!

I wouldn't even be surprised if Larry starts...
Robinson - PG
Crawford - SG
Lee - SF
Frye - PF
Curry - C

I think Craw is on the cusp of the starting line-up. He is developing some leadership abilities. I think if he can somehow figure out that defense is important you will never see him leave the starting line-up.

it becomes clear to me now that larry was simply lying when he said that he would try to settle on a starting lineup and a consistent rotation, just for kicks

I think he was too. I don't think he owed it to anyone to tell them what he is doing. I think he knows the media and he plays them as much as they play him.

I dont actually hate larry or think that its all that serious that he didnt settle on a rotaition and SL though, this team has been inconsistent afterall. Im sure things will pan out eventually.

great point, and one thing to notice. LB said after losing the other night " jamal is out there trying to do everything, trying to play the right way". Those are glowing comments comming from Brown. He sees that craw is a good kid, and teachable, he is grooming craw to be the leader of this team... Since craw is IT's guy also, I am sure he has no problem with that..

I think saying, "I can see Brown mixing up the lineup tonight" is like saying you can see the sky; it's always going to happen. I hope Lee is at least activated

the matchups favor Lee, or at least are favorible. A slowed down Hill, Turkoglu, Garrity ...I can see Brown giving him a go.

Hill may be a problem, but from everything I saw last time, Turk and Garrity are there to stand on the perimeter and stretch the defense. we have to do a better job defending those pick and rolls and getting back on transition. If we can, we're in. If we can't, we're screwed. It's fundamental defense. Anyone can do it. Hence, I don't think Lee will be playing again tonight.
