We'll have to see what players those picks turn into. But the thing is, after all is said and done in 2010, Knicks fans will look back at those drafts, see which players turned out to be great and were available at those positions and say "See! Isiah could have gotten so and so..." when in reality, there's no telling who we would have drafted or who would have turned out for us. But posters will pretend to have that knowledge.

Hindsights a bitch! WE know what we got in eddie. To assume we can do better with the 6th pick than eddie is kinda silly.
Well, there's a night & day difference between having the pick (possible #1 overall pick in 2006) in our hands and not having it. Yeah, who knows what it could've turned into -- real blunder like Frederik Weis? Maybe, but having the opportunity to draft is what matters, isn't it? And considering Isiah's track record, I would've been happier keeping the pick(s) as opposed to keeping Lee who is looking good in his suits.

the only draft thing that kills me, KILLS ME, is Artest. I didn't even watch the draft that year because I was positive it would be Artest.
also, when Layden crippled the franchise in the 02 draft, that hurt, too.
