WOW!! he has truly hit his stride, and he wants to be a knick, but how can we make it happen and for whom?

It can't happen.

Camby's gone, fellas, and there ain't no way we're getting him back now. Curse the ground that Scott Layden walks on and let it go.

I wasn't mad about Camby going, he was injury prone as hell, but tht trade was just soo much for a such a high risk.

He is prolly gonna get hurt soon. Every time he went on those amazing runs with us, it was a minimum of 8 games missed.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

we can get him back, by having the nuggets fire kiki and hire layden, and then we can trade jerome james and rose for camby, melo and their first round pick...

Camby should definitely be considered for MVP if he keeps this up, and the Nuggs keep winning

I know a lot of people weren't sad when Camby was traded but I sure as hell was. I always felt he'd get through the injuries woes. Now its too late. too bad

I was sad.....how many people can get the numbers he gets with no plays being called for them?

He runs like a Zebra being chased by a pack of Lions. No way Isiah makes that trade, lol....but that trade did lead to Marbs......Maybe Isiah would have still been able to get Marbs....he would have definately gotten some top point guard regardless.

anyway.....

eh give me Camby & Nene over Marbury anyday. Camby was unbelievable. how he impacted the game without needing plays called for him UNBELIEVABLE! if Ariza was 3inches taller he'd be the same kind of player too bad he isn't

But Camby can actually dribble and finish way beter than Ariza.....that is a damn shame. Ariza is a D-league player .

Camby had the same great stretches here of 20pts/20rebs etc but here he would always get injured. just because he has those 20pt games doesn't mean he's a great scorer. he just has a knack for being in the right place. I'm surprised some people would trade Frye for him. I wouldn't! he can still get hurt any minute! We need a reliable scorer. Frye be that guy

I was sad to see him go, I miss him, maybe someday he will be back. He is a true NYKer....but he isnt on our team now and we do have some good bigs we should all be happy about. Besides Channing is the future.

Tom - I always liked Camby's game but... He was EXTREMELY injury prone. Layden dealt him in the wrong trade - but at the time it did not look like we would stay healthy.

Camby in college was on the level of Duncan and Joe Smith. Frye will be a great player for us, an improved KT, but he's not going to be Camby. Camby is a longer Ben Wallace with an offensive game. Health is his only detractor.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

actually it was 19. He had never played more than 63 games for us. I remembered that fact very well because it was such a dissappointment.
